The PC abuses in the military are an untapped minefield. Kyle needs to be a regular contributor.

I would like to hear Kyle's take on the recent articles that claim sexual assault is rampant in the military.

Thanks, y'all. I'm glad to contribute.

Axel, the short answer to your question is that I believe that the sexual grievance industry has gotten a foothold in the military, and we are beginning to see the same type of statistic manipulation to support their agenda. The TJAG will only to continue to support it because it will increase the JAG Corps numbers and provide an explanation to Congress about what the Army is doing. More SVP's equals more courts martial, more money, more traveling to receive training on how to prosecute courts martial, more experience for Judge Advocates in the courtroom, and the hits just keep on comin'. The downside will be that many Servicemembers who are falsely accused will hire civilian attorneys who charge a great deal of money to defend them.

Here is the Marine Corps statement regarding the recent sexual assault allegations and lawsuit:

The Marines explain the process regarding Ms. Klay, which included taking the case all the way to a General Court Martial where the accused was acquitted. I do not see how they failed to investigate her claim.

Here is a CNN interview with both of these women. Ms. Klay does not mention to acquittal in the interview.

Welcome, Kyle.

The points in your article are...ghastly.

Just when you think things are as bad as it can get...it gets worse.

Thank you for your balanced perspective.

I'm an attorney who has received inquiries from military personnel. I have to explain that the jurisprudence of the military is alien territory for me. I know who to refer them to from now on.

To begin with, the Military always did have a "Guilty until proven guilty" attitude, especially twords the enlisted. Ask anyone who has been on active duty, and you'll be amazed at what you'll "be thrown in jail" for. So this new Juggernaught is really nothing new from either the Fembots or the Iron-Ass upper ranks. I guess all those raw recruits do not have it explained to them that the prosecutor and the defense both work for the same side. Nothing new there.
I always get a chuckle when I hear about the "brave men and women who put themselves in harm's way for us etc..." when in fact, there are as many, if not more, low-lifes in the military as there are in any other sector of society. They are then subjected to a life of fear of their masters, and will throw one or many under the bus to save their own skins. Why? because that's how they are TRAINED to act.
What we are seeing in the Military Sexual Grievance Industry is just another example of the same-old societal paradagim that chews up the lower classes. Can we change it? Maybe a little. Better to keep your sons out of the service, if possible.

"Keep you son out of the service" is easy to say, but one day we WILL be faced with a "real" war, and your sons WILL be forced to serve unless you have the $$$ to get them out of it.

Even the very wealthiest familes lost sons in WWII.

There are as many women wanting to serve in combat as there are women wanting to play professional football.
