PC trumps due process on campus

"But the Times and many others who have pounced on a murky tale about a star athlete seem oblivious to the larger story. That is the erosion of due process at Yale and throughout American higher education, and the alliance of government policy and academic dogma that fuels it."

Excellent piece Mr Berkewitz. Persecuting and railroading innocent college guys on false accusations of rape and sexual assault has the effect of "Empowering" the Gender-feminist community, but why are they "Empowering" themselves at the expense of the innocent??
These Campus courts are "perverting the course of justice", and may in fact be unconstitutional.

I would agree with some of the comments over there.
Time and time again the New York Times "Inflames" the masses with false rape accusations that they spin as true.
On the other hand, If the New York post smells a rape accusation that smells fishy, they say the truth, that the rape accusation smells fishy.
I feel that the feminist Rag that the New York times has decayed into, should have to pay financially for the consequences of when they "Inflame" the masses with false rape accusations that they spin as real.
