A woman named Christine Jordan falsely accused a man of rape because he could not recall her name.
Last January, Jordan had met the man on a bus. The two hooked up and ended up having sex at her flat.
Five days later, Jordan saw the man at a pub, but he could not remember her name. Jordan gave him “a very evil look,” and within minutes, police came to arrest him on suspicion of rape.
It turns out Jordan had phoned police, telling them she had been raped by the man. She claimed he followed her to her flat and forced his way in. Police saw through her story and arrested her.
At trial, Jordan clung to her rape fairy tale, but admitted the man did not force his way into her flat.
Nicola Devas, prosecuting said: “The defendant has lied and lied and lied and she has been caught out in these lies. And even when she has been caught out in these lies she has continued to lie. She is clutching to the remnants of that initial account because she can’t bring herself to admit what she has done.”
The jury took less than two hours to unanimously find Jordan guilty of perverting the course of justice. She will be sentenced next month.

Some false rape apologists insist that women don't lie about rape. After all, why would women subject themselves to the ordeal of a rape trial?
Do they really want to know? Add the above case to the list: on this site we've reported on women who've made false rape claims for the following reasons:
▲The accuser’s boyfriend took too long to buy cigarettes.
▲Several women didn’t want to pay cab fares, so they accused innocent cab drivers of rape.
▲A girl wanted to get back at her teen ex-boyfriend — her rape lie not only got him convicted, but two of his friends as well.
▲A woman wanted to get back at her ex-boyfriend for breaking it off, so she falsely accused him of rape and candidly admitted: “I just wanted him to be hurt because of what he’d done.”
▲A young woman said she wanted her young ex-boyfriend “to feel extreme pain.”
▲A woman's rape lie sent a man to prison for five years because she said she was bored.
▲A woman was bent on revenge after a road rage incident.
▲A man refused to give his false accuser a beer.
▲A maid falsely accused her employer of rape because she didn’t like her workload.
▲A girl falsely accused a man of rape for throwing a flower at her.
▲A woman caused three men to be interrogated for rapes they didn’t commit because she wanted a day off from work.
▲An 18-year-year-old young man was hauled out of class, arrested, and jailed for a month on a random false rape claim by a girl he had never even met.
And I could go on and on and on. I've stopped adding on to this list because it's too depressing.

Pierce,
Instead of viewing it as depressing, I let it stoke the flame of passion for why we do this. Those are the kinds of stupid reasons, that show just how easy it is for someone to falsely claim rape, and really does put lie to "women don't lie about rape". It makes me realize we can't stop what we do here. This has to continue to be exposed.
Damn straight on the last sentence, Steven. The two of you are doing a remarkable service to mankind with this site. In my opinion, it's the centre of gravity of the entire men's rights movement.
I can't imagine how it must feel trawling the media day after day to find only misery at the hands of morally bankrupt women, but I can easily imagine that you've helped many, many men back from the brink. For any man who invests himself in his brethren, this feat alone is worthy of the deepest, most humble and heartfelt thanks.
There will be thousands, perhaps millions of men in posterity who will look back at your work here and say simply, "I owe them my life", so do take heart, brothers, as not a letter of your work will be in vain.
This is the nastiest example of accusation-for-revenge that I've heard of. And for such a petty thing.
The rest of the list is pretty depressing too.
Alpabeta Supe,
Thanks for the kind words.
I have another one to add to the list of frivolous motivations - falling into a bush and getting scratches from the fall.
Here's the story: CU-Boulder student ticketed for falsely reporting University Hill attack
"When she was brought back in for another interview and confronted with the discrepancies, Fiorillo eventually admitted there was no assault, saying she was knocked into a bush... "
[technically, she didn't report it as a sexual assault; but, when a woman claims to have been grabbed by behind and assaulted by a knife-wielding man, I think the inference is clear that she intended to imply that the non-existent attackers intention was to sexually assault her]
After all, why would women subject themselves to the ordeal of a rape trial?
Same reason some dress scantily, or are loud and obnoxious at pubs, lounges and dance clubs...
ATTENTION.
"And I could go on and on and on. I've stopped adding on to this list because it's too depressing".
Pierce and Steven,
I've never had a FRA or any type of false sexual assault claim made against me or anyone I personally know. I come to this site, read, and comment since I find FRA the worst, most cruel, evil, and morally corrupt aspect of misandry that occurs in modern society.
Despite my jadedness, I sense that the pendulum of social values and beliefs are slowly starting to shift once again in society. The misandry bubble will pop though the snake cult of feminism will still linger on well into the distant future.
This site has kept itself clean, honorable, factual, and ethical in representing and documenting the falsely accused. The battle against the falsely accused and misandry is far from over. If the MRM did not have the FRS on our side, winning the fight would take far longer and the number of victims would be far greater.
Thank you.
Aharon
This is one of the most shocking reasons for a false accusation i have ever heard, So you can add this to the list of ways to avoid a false rape claim,..-Avoid people who's names you've forgotten!
Oh this is getting ridiculous!
And on the subject of the frivolous reasons....
remember that prison psychologist who faked a rape to try to get her husband to move to move to a better neighborhood?
Heres's an update:
Woman who faked rape to get her husband to move to a better neighbourhood escapes jail over elaborate hoax
This one is for the standard sort of reason - cheating and getting pregnant:
'A bunch of bulls***: DA's office has 'serious doubts' about rape claim against New York police commissioner's son - who claims he has 'flirtatious' texts to prove it was consensual
* DA's office said it is unlikely criminal charges will be filed against Greg Kelly
* A source said there are texts from the woman talking about 'doing it again'
* DA believe woman was forced by boyfriend to report rape to cover up for cheating
* Alleged victim said she was pregnant and had an abortion as a result
I didn't realize it until after I had already published my previous comment, but the Greg kelly who appears to have dodged an FRA, is not only the son of the NY Police Commissioner, he is also a (minor) TV celeb. [I'm only familiar with him because Joel McHale frequently uses him as fodder for humor on the shoe The Soup]
The bigger point to be made here is that, perhaps, this is yet another high profile FRA case which will help spark more public knowledge and maybe more public discussion of the issue. Anyway, I can hope.

"She will be sentenced next month.
Something's missing. The fact that she lied about him forcing his way into her flat could have been due to embarrassment. It doesn't mean she lied about being raped.
Unfortunately, too many girls fall into this trap to hide their stupidity. In her case, it backfired. It always does, and always will.
Wonder what the sentence will be. The jury found him innocent, but they did not find her guilty.
The defendant has lied and lied and lied and she has been caught out in these lies. And even when she has been caught out in these lies she has continued to lie.
***
Deju vu! Except I was the defendent, and the prosecutors in my case (lucky me) couldn't be bothered to follow through on the felony charges the police wanted to file.
Something's missing. The fact that she lied about him forcing his way into her flat could have been due to embarrassment. It doesn't mean she lied about being raped.
***
Yeah, it does, moron. Women who are telling the truth about being raped don't lie about some parts of it just for the heck of it.
What rectum did you spawn from, anyhow?
Pierce, Steven
I don't normally post things here, but I've been reading a fair bit. I too would like to thank you for all your work.
Keep it up guys, and know that what you are doing is appreciated.
@E. Steven Berkimer This depressing list is great but has one major flaw - which can be corrected.
It is more work, I know. Please link every example to the complete story. This greatly increases effect and credibility
Just an empty list is not so convincing. And often it arouses curiosity and people will want to read a few of the stories.
And after all, you wrote the stories so curious people can read them and get convinced.
So a very complete list with links would have a huge impact.
Don't forget all the accused taxi drivers. Taxi drivers are not just subject to robberies .......
@anonymous:
We have seen this argument over and over:
She was caught lying 13 times. But that does not mean that she was not raped.
Well, unlikely. But it could raise reasonable doubt.
Human-Stupidity.com has various articles on studies about false rape, mainly from Germany and Austria. One interesting result is that mainly low IQ and low SES women get convicted of false rape accusations.
My hunch is that this is due to the (sad) fact that intelligent women don't get caught lying so easily. They don't walk in front of surveillance cameras kissing their victim after the "rape", nor make up totally ridiculous stories.
Or they still can come up with an excuse that raises reasonable doubt about their lies.
Way over 50% of rape accusations are false. 7.4% blatantly enough to prosecute (Bavarian Police research report)
Trophies of feminism: 10 powerful men marred and destroyed by women's allegations.
One in two rape accusations are false! Strauss-Kahn, presumed guilty, jailed, slandered without due process, escaped. Others are not so lucky!
4 out of 5 sexual abuse accusations are false (Austrian head of vice police)
Meredith Maran (My lie): False accusations due to "repressed-memory"-of-child-abuse witch hunt
Self Deception: "False beliefs are helpful" paradox (applies to rape accusations, too)
I think some of the German and Austrian False rape studies should be mentioned and linked by the false rape society.
Especially the Bavarian Police report is a 200 page scientific study of an entire German state, by an official government organ.
"Something's missing. The fact that she lied about him forcing his way into her flat could have been due to embarrassment. It doesn't mean she lied about being raped."
She was found guilty.
Don't you just love how some people will assume the rhetorical equivalent of extreme yoga positions in order to continue to believe that a rape occurred? "She lied about x, y, z, a, b -- but NOT C!"
At what point would these idiots admit that lying makes her a liar?
Hey wait, I hear all the time on campuses around the country that women and girls NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER lie about rape.
Doesn't this faulty and inflammatory misinformation that girls never lie about rape (that is sometimes paid for by government agencies) amount to using state and federal dollars to discriminate or build a prejudice against the innocent??
Anon at 11:39: that's not the point. The point is, she was found guilty. I hope the verdict was correct, but I don't have enough information to second-guess it, and neither does the person who wrote the other comment. Do you have any idea how many stories I could write if I wanted to second-guess rape verdicts? But I don't touch it unless there was some infirmity in the process.
"Yeah, it does, moron. Women who are telling the truth about being raped don't lie about some parts of it just for the heck of it.
You're right, they don't lie "just for the heck of it". As I said, they lie to cover up embarrassment and stupidity.
What rectum did you spawn from, anyhow?

Are you trying to say you crawled out of your mother's butt? Wow that's deep ... no pun of course.
Stinky stench?
Yes, I see she was found guilty. I stand corrected.
The man she accused //// was he found innocent at a prior trial?
The man she accused //// was he found innocent at a prior trial?
Oh that's just kid's play. Why not get a little more ambitious and tell us how the college guy who had never even met his accuser was actually guilty all along. That ought to be interesting.
Question to feminists:
If a female remains sober and intentionally gets a male drunk to the degree that he can't give consent to sex, and then the female seduces the drunk male to have sex, is the female then morally guilty of committing rape of the male? Should the female then be prosecuted for committing rape?
Aharon
Aharon i guess the answers to both your questions are "yes", but what's your point, when 99% of rapists are men.
Did your date rape you?
". . . but what's your point, when 99% of rapists are men."
I think his point is that women are actually raping men a hell of a lot more than the conviction rates indicate. But most men wouldn't dare report such a thing because society doesn't like to think of men as vulnerable or of women as predators. And because feminists slink into that fool's paradise where one gender has a monopoly on vice and the other has a monopoly on virtue. My guess is, that's his point.
my fiance is currently being falsely accused of rape by his ex-fuck buddy(sorry for the language). We're trying to get to the bottom of it, as he was questioned about it almost 2 years ago by the police, and the officers found that there wasn't NEARLY enough evidence against him, but rather, he had proof that he was innocent and that they had consensual sex a little over a dozen times. The olice decided that the case wasnt going to go anywhere and dismissed it without even getting it officially dismissed by the DA.
And now, 2 years later, the police are banging down his grandmother's door, looking for him. did i mention that at the time of the accusation, he was 16, and she was 14? he is now 18, and she has moved to Ohio.(we live in NY) we dont know why shes still pushing for this, and im terrified that this time, he might go to jail. and while, im pregnant, and due in less than 3 months, this is the LAST thing we need. not only do we not have any money to pay for a trial like this, and if we do, the money we get needs to go straight towards our child. if anyone has any helpful advice, please let me know.
