There are fundamental problems in this country that will never be dealt with by saying "violence is patriarchy", when in reality violence stems from a lack of patriarchy.
Ive read that up to 85% of all repeat violent offenders currently in our nations prison system come from the segment of society with statistically no fathers, or even adult males around at all, and of which any real academic could easily call "the matriarchy".
By not holding women accountable for their violence, they go on to spread this unrestrained violence to their children..Welcome to the perpetual American matriarchy.
