If i accused the campus rape feminists of sexual abuse,Would they walk off the campus today?--NOPE!-Because crimes only matter when done by a man-Correction,..They only matter when done by a man against a woman!-Just as when a woman & man both drink & agree to and have sex,Only the man is charged with rape-Disgusting!
"Rape"-Is always defined by the "victim".-Whatever she FEELS like,That's what it is.If she consented to sex,And regrets it,Rape!If you both drink & agree to have sex,RAPE!-If you stare at her too long & make her uncomfortable R-A-P-E!-The definition of sexual assault is so narrow that ANYTHING could be deemed sexual assault & cause for arrest and/or expulsion-Thanks Archivist for the link to an infuriating and sadly true,article.
My accuser, charged with filing a false police report, got her case dismissed today, because she recanted, admitted she lied! Neat how I was accused (never charged) with rape and it is a felony, her misdemeanor charge was dismissed. Feel free to go out and try to destroy lives again.
In the USA it is NOT stautory rape in ANY STATE if the "victim" is under the age of 18. The LEGAL AGE of consent in EVERY state EXCEPT TX is 16. In TX it is 17. I do not think she will be charged with ANYTHING. and I am sure her lawyer looked into this before she ever put a request for a DNA test. she has already admitted guilt, why has no one tried to arrest her? because she has broken 0 laws.

anonymous @ 6:46 No,It IS a crime in some states(Including California where it allegedly happened)4 someone 19 2 have sex with a crime because people tsomeone 16,She hasn't been charged with hink it's bogus & bieber has denied it,-While in Cal she couldn't be charged exactly with statutory rape(due 2 her & biebers age)She could be charged with a misdemeanor sexual assault charge & had she been older,could have been charged with rape.While some states do have 16 being the age of consent,not all do,-Look it up & she's coming forward 2 get fame--She knows that as long as bieber denies it she almost certainly won't get charged--Even if she did,She would gain more from being the mother-(See FRS's article on her)So that's why she's saying all this.
