I love the Jack and Diane example. She "sexually assaults" him by grabbing his crotch and grinding away against him before any real consent would be able to be recognized by her. That is ignored as after she gives infinite non verbal consents the fact he simply reciprocates makes him a rapist. It's obvious that there are only two reason's it's come to this: to line certain people's pockets and to reduce the number of males at universities.
There should really be a national debate to finally decide whether women should be treated as helpless children with no accountability for anything or as adults. Then laws should be amended for whatever the decision is.
Instead of voicing our disapproval by phone and email, can't someone file a lawsuit (class action?) against the Dept. of Education over this... something similar to the way the SPLC does?

The laws are already written for the former condition. They need amending for the latter.
Brett Sokolow, is a nasty piece of work. Well any way I had a look at his web site. In one article 'You have the right to be silent. Don't you?" he argues that Universities are comparable, to the prison system, in terms of investigation and disciplinary hearings, which means that, like a prison inmate, an university student does not have the right to silence, or indeed other rights afforded to ordinary citizens.
By students, what he really means is heterosexual males and nobody else.
Zarko, people assume we are being nutty old men's rights advocates when we talk about the sexual grievance industry. Here it is. A committed feminist activist with a financial interest is steering policy in ways to make campuses draconian, harsh places when it comes to men and sex. We will be having much to say about this young Pennsylvania attorney.
Anon, I agree, what these gender-feminists are attacking is not all males equally, but heterosexual males, (as witnessed by anyone who has attended gender-feminist university level classes over the last 10 years). The bigger question is ...why?
Every civilized society must strive to (1) eradicate heinous crimes by punishing the offenders, and (2) insure that the innocent aren't punished along with the offenders. Too often, the second half of that balance is omitted from the public discourse. Accusations of serious criminality, especially murder and sexual wrongdoing, too often are their own convictions in the high court of public opinion because the stigma is so severe. It is our mission to raise awareness about the injustices suffered by persons wrongly accused of serious criminality. Protecting the innocent from unjust harm as a result of a wrongful accusation is a hallmark of a civilized society.

This article is the most depressing thing I have read regarding false rape accusations.
And I have read FRS since day one.
However, it shows that you are having an effect on people's thoughts, Pierce/Steve.
I have said it before and will say it again... what you do here is very important. Keep it up.
