Trial date set for Meghan Franks

Meghan Franks will go to trial on September 19th for falsely accusing a police officer of rape when she was 17. As she was a minor at the time, I'm surprised she is named.

Police began an investigation, but changing statements and physical evidence led the Lake Arthur police to believe the claims were false.

She was arrested in April after an investigation that lasted nearly three months. When confronted, she admitted she lied about the incident and that she had inflicted injuries upon herself to make the claims more believable.

She pled not guilty on May 2nd, of filing a false police report. She faces a fine of up to $1,000 as well as up to five years in prison.

There are another set of rules for the Alpha Male's Beta Enforcers.

Why do law enforcement get justice from false rape accusations, while the average citizen does not??
Is there anything in the constitution that says American law enforcement get "better than equal protection" under the law??
Theres going to have to be some real leadership elected to congress to reign in the perversions that have pork bloated and perverted American law enforcement.

It's the same mind set as injuring or shooting a cop - MUCH more serious than shooting a lowly citizen.

BTW, over the age of 12 a false accuser can be legally prosecuted. Under the age of 12 - they can't.

Doesn't mean they are, however...

Cops also do not have ex-parte injunctions placed against them, they get to face their accuser before a grievance committee.

Not believing?

Read the International Chief's of police website.

Same with DV/FRA-ect, cops get to face their accuser FIRST (they way citizens used to be before unconstitutional VAWA lawz.
