Im reading the comments sections across the web about the Strauss-Khan false rape accusation, and it looks like there are mass delusional Klan like perverts who want to believe their was a rape, so they can lynch another innocent man.
This is the same crowd who believe "Something must have happened" during the Duke lacrosse false rape media circus.
Has America regressed back into the Klan lynching days???
Who are the perverts that feed the American public the faulty and inflammatory misinformation that women and girls NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER lie about rape, and is this misinformation (using state and federal dollars to manufacture); that builds a prejudice against the innocent even constitutional??

It's DSK's fault for someone falsely accusing him of rape, and the most important people are "genuine rape victims" and not men falsely accused of rape.
What should be emerging from this story are discussions of false rape and it's prevalence, how it effects men and destroys their lives, and how regular men who aren't famous would probably be in jail right now.

Our old friend Kim Gandy was on TV today (7/3) STILL referring to the dope dealing extortionist rape liar as the "victim". There is no hope for Gandy.
Of course it was "rape". The accused is a male, isn't he? All that is required for a male to be arrested, jailed, required to spend many thousands of dollars in the vain hope of defense against a totally baseless charge is for a female to claim it to be so. Lying to police and courts is a felony, but magically women do it consistently and are NOT even inconveninced by this fact even being mentioned. Any sexual activity is rape merely because SHE says it is. Why shouldn't any female claim rape? It's a great business... very profitable and no overhead. The cops and courts do all the work, there is no risk for her at all, and best of all... the hapless male pays all the costs. Money flows from the male to the female, so all is normal and acceptable to the cops and courts. Let's not leave the media out of this institutionalized lack of justice. The media are always so happy to perpetuate this lack of truth which rides the constant wave of femi-nazi lies and demonization of anything male. Remember, if she says he hit her... it is automatically a federal crime; but if SHE hits HIM... its a sitcom. The only defense a male has is to keep any money and prestege he may have a secret and avoid any contact with a female as much as possible. There is some safety in celebacy. Admittedly it isn't as much fun, but it is much cheaper. I avoid female contact for the same reason I avoid drug dealers... it can't possibly turn out good for me in the end. I don't understand why women do "copycat crimes" like they do. The greeks used to have tales about "The sirens" who would all pile at once on their unsuspecting prey. I have seen these sirens in action, and it will be a masculine truth revolution that "Breaks the sirens cries" that are consuming the foundations of the American, and now international justice systems.

Yes, Cy Vance Jr. needs to go. This isn’t his first “F*ckup” since taking office. His deputies, ”Dan Alonso and John McConnell also need to go. The collapse of this case serves as a vindication of former Sex Crimes Unit head Lisa Friel, who it appears was forced out of her position for not going after Strauss-Kahn the way & McConnell thought she should. [She is also the Assistant DA who took heat for also not pursuing the rape case against former cops Kenneth Moreno & Franklin Mata as vigorously as others though she should have]
And yet, for all the culpability of Alonso and McConnell, it was also the DA’s Office which “broke” this case (at least, it was the DA’s Office Investigators).
It’s only mentioned in passing in most of the accounts of the collapse of the case, but (in addition to their being the ones who discovered her continuing prostitution activities) it was their discovery of the accusers undisclosed phone accounts, and their review of those accounts which uncovered her call to her boyfriend who was incarcerated in Arizona. Since it was a “Jail House” call, that call had been recorded, and it was the investigators from the DA’s Office in NY that requested that that call be retrieved and translated – leading to the final dagger to the rape charges against Strauss-Kahn:

Investigators with the Manhattan district attorney’s office learned the call had been recorded and had it translated from a “unique dialect of Fulani,” a language from the woman’s native country, Guinea, according to a well-placed law enforcement official.
When the conversation was translated — a job completed only this Wednesday — investigators were alarmed: “She says words to the effect of, ‘Don’t worry, this guy has a lot of money. I know what I’m doing,’ ” the official said.
So, in this case, the DA’s Office is due both the blame for taking things too far, too fast; and, ironically, the credit for unraveling the lies of the accuser and investigating her and her actions, and for doing the investigative work that will ultimately lead to the dismissal of all the charges.
