A 21-year-old Derby woman has been jailed for 16 months for falsely claiming a former boyfriend raped and indecently assaulted her.
Amber Mills of Leacroft Road, Derby, pleaded guilty to two counts of perverting the course of justice.The judge at Derby Crown Court said she had made "planned, despicable, determined and sustained attempt at revenge" on her victim.
Derbyshire police said it had spent 40 hours investigating the case.
Mills told police that a man had exposed himself to her on a Derby street in October 2010 and later raped her.
She later admitted that she was "just being evil".

In America it is "gender feminist Empowerment" that fuels the "perverting of the course of justice".
You see, American gender-feminists have conditioned American law enforcement to use "protocol perversions and semantics games" to get more innocent men and boys arrested. Every arrest of an innocent man or boys creates a perverted or "manufactured statistic" that gets funnelled to gender-Raunch Empowerment proffessors around the country for them to "Empower" themselves with. And, once again, we see why it would be a good idea to read the articles before you cut-n-paste in your standard rant.
The UK is not part of the US,and thus, this story involved NO American Law Enforcement.
Secondly, this is another story about a woman's lies being quickly discovered, and her ending up being sentenced to prison.
Once again, there is no blame for anyone other than the woman who committed the crime, but you still attempt the back-door white-knighting in trying to fins a way to blame law enforcement rather than the woman who actually chose, of he own free will, to make a false allegation to try to get a man into trouble.
Where, may I ask, is your equivalent condemnation for a woman who targeted a man by accusing him of a heinous crime that could have seen him sent to prison?

Your word ring completely hollow. If what you’ve posted were true, then the story above should have had you PRAISING law enforcement in the UK for not just catching-out the liar, but for also CHARGING, and seeing her sent to prison.
It is often said that actions speak louder than words, and thus the twin facts that you never even acknowledge it that what you claim to wish to see happen, does, in fact happen; and that you NEVER have any direct condemnation for the women who chose to tell the lies and cause all the damage, speak volumes about what you really believe – which is that the woman are not truly to blame, and that “men” (in the form of this nebulous entity of “Perverted American Law Enforcement”) are actually to blame.

That view of women as inferiors fits with your logic quite well. It’s like when woman are caught behaving badly, and they are excused as being unable to have resisted the forces compelling them. For example, one thing that I heard repeatedly suggested during my many years as “Blue Pill Churchian” was that when a woman cheated on her husband, it really wasn’t her fault – it was the fault of the husband who didn’t meet her needs, and the fault of the man who seduced her. The idea being that woman would not do such things except for evil men pushing them into and seducing them to do so.
In the same line of thinking is your view that, but for law enforcement having created a conducive environment that “seduces” woman into making FRA’s women wouldn’t be making them. Just as with the idea of men “pushing and pulling” women into infidelity, the woman are viewed as too moral simplistic to have had freewill and understanding enough to resist temptation.
And, as to your tepid claim to wish to see women making FRA’s “charged”, I was something similar in 2001 when many of my fellow Churchians responded to Andrea Yates killing her 5 children. Much like your vague desire to she women ”charged”, they nodded in agreement that Andrea Yates should be “held accountable” for what she’d done; yet, most of them held a special disgust for Rusty Yates, who they actually seemed to blame even more (he worked to much – as if he had other options to care for a SAHW and 5 children – and failed to understand his wife’s depression and her needs. He failed to prevent her from doing what she did). A good number of those who said that they would have Andrea held “accountable” were somehow able to articulate that they’d have liked to have seen Rusty sent to jail.
I’m struck by how eerily similar that was to your continual insistence that law enforcement is somehow even more responsible for women’s choices than are the women themselves because, just as Rusty failed to stop Andrea, they fail to stop women from making FRA’s Seems to me that you see women who make FRA’s the way those Churchian’s viewed Andrea Yates – a moral and intellectual inferior, who could not be held fully responsible for what she’d done; instead seeking to find a way to blame a man for failing to stop her.
Your philosophy on FRA’s fit’s perfectly with those ideas on how men are ultimately responsible for the bad behaviors of women.
Mr. Werner, men are responsible for womens bad behavior, if those men are law enforcement, who refuse to hold women accountable for their transgressions like they would hold males accountable.

No! Men are certainly NOT responsible for women's bad behaviors! It doesn't matter what conditions you try to place on them - being in law enforcement, not charging women who make FRA's, or whatever - it is still the women who are responsible for the choices they make, period!
The simple fact is that you are just too big a white-knight to ever be able to blame a woman, and her alone, for her own actions.
It's just like all those feeble-minded right-wing pseudo-christians who couldn't stand to put the blame soley on Andrea Yates. They wanted her held "accountable", and to get "help" - but they wanted her husband in jail.
So it is with you. You want the women "charged", and to get help; but you want men in law enforcement to be held even more to blame for what those women do.

Mr werner, These cases you mention where women and girls are charged for their false rape accusations are a tiny, tiny, fraction of all the false rape accusations that are made every day.
We had a lying, murderous, crack whore (crystal gail magnum), who tried to run over a cop, who to this day, still was not charged for her false accusation of rape.
I believe American law enforcement are no longer doing their jobs to protect the innocent, and there seems to be proof to this theory.
