Read the great W.F. Price's piece at The Spearhead on the Weiner/Civic Virtue controversy.
The original piece we wrote about "Civic Virtue" at The Spearhead obviously got under the skin of some important feminists, to the point that they got their pit bull interested in the story. But, alas, whiner Weiner's weiner got caught in the soup, and now, he's all but finished.
Whatever it takes.

I'd about half-forgotten that story because I figured, given the history of the statue, it was a goner for sure.
Looks like 'Virtue won out over The Ween,after all.
How fitting.
