So she was a student at Strathclyde University, studying bio-chemical science. She is obviously a very intelligent person.
The thing that stands out to me, is why the judge in this case didn't do the following:
1. It appears she has already been in treatment for some issues. If there are that many, and they are that serious, why is she not in a facility?
2. Why didn't the judge have her committed to a facility for further treatment?
Instead she gets a £300 fine and she is living at home with her parents. Was any thought given, that the next time she claims rape, she may point the finger at an innocent man, and his life could be severely damaged due to the claim?
I guess not.

False rape accusers are public health hazards. Most of the rest of the world charge their false rape accusers in order to deter the abuse of the rape accusation. Seems like a no brainer to me, start charging false rape accusations and it will intercept these violent women who abuse the rape accusation.

How about repealing Rape Shield Laws so next time she accuses we know there was a last time.

I assume there is a reason you posted that? Since we deal with False accusations, not sure what relvance that has, other than the usual stats that have been shown over and over again to be wrong.

@ Steve- if you are asking about the Chicago Trib link I posted- i posted because I was amazed by this mindset that because there are so few convictions that there MUST be a problem- they never so much as consider that the problem might be women lying.

I like the information under the photo for the ISU Police Chief. So it's the women reporting that don't want to prosecute.
So the "low" conviction rate that the SGI like to harp on, is the fault of the "victim" who report a crime, but are not willing to go further than that. Seems to me, it's the "victim's" fault for the low conviction rate.
And notice, accusation=guilt, as if someone is a "victim" then that automatically means that a crime was comitted, with no other evidence at that point but an accusation.
Only have one thing to say to the ISU Police Chief.... Great police work there lou.

@4.25 - It's funny because I don't listen to Rush but just happened to turn on my car radio and heard that. Apparently the wind is blowing strong against feminism and false rape and DV accusers.Rush is actually a pretty mainstream entertainer and radio commentator so when he's saying these things you can be sure that people are waking up to all of this nonsense of the past 20 years.
OK, the weathergirl appears to have been charged with a misdemeanor but I always believed that the grand jury was for felonies and that misdemeanors were charged by the local prosecutor and tried in municipal court when the penalty for the crime was 6 months or less in jail if convicted in a non jury bench trial.
She is an intelligent girl, and yet she commits an idiotic and perverted crime, apparently just for the thrill of it.
Some women are so sick that they just can't help themselves. Such women need punishment, not a slap on the wrist.
Soon, those proficient with chemistry/biology will be able to brew up some very nasty mixes in a home lab as in a deadly bio agent that can be released outside the home. Use your imagination to see the frightening possibilities. Angry Harry has it posted on his site what society or segments of it might potentially expect in the future from an increasingly number of male(s) who feel alienated, discriminated, oppressed, etc from all the misandry. Knowing that a person is disturbed and has a background in biochemistry is disturbing.
