Some Gender-feminist leadership have in an insatiable appetite for state and federal pork dollars, and are spinning all kinds of misinformation and "manufactured statistics" to get it.
Other gender-feminists just loathe those nasty hetero males, and don't mind illegally and un-constitutionally stacking the deck against them on American universities.
Ive read much of christina's work and she is so effective because the eunuch brigade of twisted gender-feminist males don't dare to attack her.
What society has not yet realized is the war on our nations sons is also a war on our nations daughters. I have realized that this gender-feminist war, is mostly a war on hetero-sexuality.

When these policies are made although the person at the top is ultimately responsible, it is their underlings who are feeding them these stats.

The protocol perversions and semantics games that American law enforcement are now engaged in to "Empower" gender feminism with more, and more, manufactured statistics..is un-constitutional.
Unfortunately, her article has some errors when it reaches the Duke Lacrosse case.
The beginning half is all true. But then:

It was over a year, it was the special prosecutors assigned by the Attorney General (important difference), and they were declared INNOCENT, in an unprecedented fashion.
Also:
nd the North Carolina attorney general who had flamboyantly pressed and publicized the charges later recused himself and resigned, and was prosecuted and disbarred for unethical conduct in his prosecution of the case.
It was NOT the NC Attorney General Roy Cooper (one of the certifiable heroes of the case). It was Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong that was prosecuted, disbarred and JAILED (again unprecedented) for his behavior.
Now imagine that Ali's proposed sexual-safety regime had been in place when the attorney general's charges were pending
Same as above. The AG is a hero to the case, and even if she is not intentionally getting this wrong, it needs to be corrected.

I find this DoE mandate to universities unbelievably unjust.
I'm amazed there isn't more bruha about this. It's absolutely outrageous.
I wonder if this rule itself can't be challenged as gender discrimination against men, and hence violative of Title IX. It is overwhelmingly men rather than women that are accused or rape or sexual assault at universities. The DoE isn't requiring the same horribly low burden of proof in cases were women are more equally the accused, such as under aged drinking.
