Corissa M Pizzella falsely accused a police officer of rape.
This happened after she had been arrested for simple assault, harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and DUI.
Does anyone wonder if maybe she saw this as a way to avoid those charges? What I find really interesting in this case, is that the report publishes her address:
470 Irvin Ave
Rochester

I'm sure that she'll really hate all of the free counseling that she's sentenced to. It'll really change her life, too.

My simplistic guess is that the initial arrest (non rape allegation) was released separately with her name and address. The website story that included her false rape charge was researched and compiled by the independent beavercountain source/blogger (?) who does not play by progressive media rules. I can of course be totally wrong.

From the original new account, linked from the linked story above:
”Law enforcement agents tell the Beaver Countian that Detective Shane’s order, to stop and collect evidence while in the process of transporting a female suspect, put Officer Shipley at risk for this type of false accusation.
“Every male officer is cautious when transporting a female suspect alone, because we all know these types of false rape accusations can result” said a law enforcement source familiar with the case…” (http://beavercountian.com/content/daily/officer-derek-shipley)
Oh, as this ought to cheer some of you up today, officer Shipley is fighting back against this woman:
”Sources say Officer Shipley is seeking an attorney in order to file a civil action against her as well.”
“Every male officer is cautious when transporting a female suspect alone, because we all know these types of false rape accusations can result”
As an afterthought, it occurred to me that if one PD is aware of the potential for women making FRA’s (in a effort to get out of other legal troubles), surely this knowledge has become widely known through LE.
So, if they know it can happen to them, it shouldn’t be too big of a logical leap to figure out that women can do the same thing to other men.
Things have definitely improved since this site/forum was first started, and we see fewer instance where police respond in an over-heat, over-the-top manner, rushing to arrest men simply because some woman has cried “Rape!”
Of course, the idea would be that they ALWAYS react appropriately.
I would hope that people are taking the time to check the news ticker to the lower right, just above the BLOG ARCHIVE.
At the time of this writing, the is a story there from the McDuffie Mirror (http://mirror.augusta.com/stories/2011/05/17/new_616324.shtml) about a woman who accuser a coworker of a forcible rape, but apparently the police had adequate suspicions about her story that they asked her to take a polygraph [I though the SGI had succeeded in making it verboten to even suggest to a (rape/sexual assault/woman) claimant that they should take one?].
Based on indications that she was lying while taking the polygraph, they turned on her, and she eventually “cracked” and admitted that she had lied. [I liked the way they termed their grilling of her – “further interviews”]
This is the sort of approach that should be hope for from police – that they dutifully take the report of the complainant, and investigate (it’s not clear that the target of the FRA was arrested – which would be typical for accusations of kidnap/forcible rape, but it is stated that he was released. However, that may just mean from being voluntarily questioned at the PD).
In any event, they seemed to have been willing to consider whatever it was he told them, and instead turned their investigation back onto her.
This was a good example of how the police should respond to rape allegations.
But, the likely “blow-back” from police not believing every word out of the mouth of (female) accusers, and demonstrating that disbelief by such actions as requesting that a woman take a polygraph, is likely going to be complaints and even public protests by the agents of the SGI and their useful idiots. It’s unfortunate, but LE does receive an inordinate amount of pressure to tow the SGI’s line in regards to rape and sexual assault allegations. Thus, LE could sure use some positive encouragement when they do “buck” the SGI’s demands.
”Does anyone wonder if maybe she saw this as a way to avoid those charges?”
Now, why would you think that? Just because it happens sooo often?
Here’s another one:
”Investigators say Biersach began cursing and spitting at the officers. She then bit one officer hard enough on the arm to draw blood. Seeing that the officer was bleeding, she informed him that she had rabies and AIDS.
To top things off, Biersach told the officers that the men she had been drinking with at the bar had sexually assaulted her. The bartender later told investigators that there was never a disturbance in the bar and witnesses pointed out that she hugged the men as she headed towards her gate.”
It’s becoming so clichéd as to be a joke. When they’ve gotten themselves into trouble, women trying to play the “Rape Card” in hopes that everything will just be dropped, and that men will all rush to avenger her.
The women who killed the boy in maine, was reported to have been prostituting herself out, so the question may arise is "was she also prostituting the little boy to perverts in the maine area??
This question needs to be answered.
The newspapers said the mother who killed the little boy in maine, and left his body on a dirt road, had a history of prostitution.
Was she also prostituting the little boy?? And was she in the Maine area of the country to sell the boy to perverts in that area??
The Beaver Countian attempted to ask Pizzella about her original allegations as she exited the courthouse, she declined comment while an unidentified man accompanying her made threatening remarks and gestures.
This mangina is escorting her? Wait until he served his purpose and she throws him away like the garbage he is. Anyone male who befriends a false rape accuser is a moron who is asking for it.
Also forgot to add how many men have this officer and his ilk fuck over? This may be poetic justice.

If the ADA is Mary N. Kellett then she'll walk.
