Yet the would be victims stories changed repeatedly throughout the investigation. Lt. Butch Townsend in the Crimainal Investigation Division of the Pearl Police
Department said, "After a pretty intense investigation, it was revealed that the allegations of rape were falsely filed.
The woman could face felony charges. "She can indeed and we are contemplating those charges at this time,." according to Townsend.
[FRS COMMENT] - It will be interesting to find out what those felony charges are, as most are a misdemeanor charge of Filing a False report.
The investigators said the unidentified woman could not give any description of the suspect and there was no physical evidence to support her claims. She made an intial court appearance Thursday and was booked on a $10,000 bond. Authorities have no idea why the woman filed a false rape report.

Why did she make the claim?
Because she is a female short on attention.
Umm tasty felony charges.
Like victory in the morning.
Hey wait a minute, i hear all the time that women and girls would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER lie about rape.
She probably planned to extort a settlement out of Walmart- what with the women's "discrimination" suit going on in the Supreme Court nows a good time to pile on the gravy train.
