The only problem is, her story didn't add up. It had inconsistencies. "At one point during the investigation, Nicholas changed the description of the offender from being a white male to being a black male."
By 4:45, less than three hours after she had arrived at the hospital, detectives could definitively say that Nicholas had lied about her attack. Nicholas admitted to lying, and has been charged with making a false report to police. She will also be billed for the costs associated with the investigation.

We need to have a national false rape directory or database with easy public access.
In Japan, rape is the most popular women's fantasy. I have read that in America, 5-10% of women fantasize about rape on a weekly basis. I have no idea what the actual or accurate numbers really are of sexual rape fantasies. I suspect some of those rape fantasizing women are sexually frustrated and make some of the false-rape claims.

It's worth pointing out that while she lied about being raped, she never falsely named an assailant. She's done more damage to actual rape victims than to any man's reputation.

Atlas, I suspect that as well, i.e. a lot of false rape claims come from sexually frustrated women projecting their own kinks and perversions onto others.
And anyway, why is it that whenever you see a false rape accuser she is always ugly? There ought to be a public service announcement: "She may be no oil painting, but that aint the worst of it. She could just ruin your life."
Eric, my story is alot like the ones you read here. Accept the main stream media rarely ever get the falsely accused side of the story.
My false rape accuser was late for her curfew one night, and looking for an excuse she said i raped her.
She got a chunk of victim funds from the local rape shelter (im sure she used for drugs), and she never had to pay it back, because women (even drug addict women) get this ???victim cash??? without ever having to prove there was ever a rape that happened in real life.
I later found out i was the second guy this girl had falsely accused that year.
Its an absolute perversion of Americas legal system to let these serial false rape accusers walk the streets, making false rape accusations to feed their drug habit.
MY FRA couldn't even keep track of how many guys had raped her in her life, ON OATH....
