I agree, a person can spend more than that getting their car back due to unpaid parking tickets.
False rape accusation needs to be a felony.
I imagine each of the men ran through the inquisition would have easily paid 700 each to avoid the jeopardy of name and freedom.

Im talking about the thousands and thousands of rape kits (sperm swabs included) that are currently being amassed. My concern is that there are now so many false rape accusations that, what if around half (or more) of all these shelved rape kits are false accusations??
I could prove my false rape accuserr was lying only because she said she took a cab from my house after i raped her, and there were no cab reports cause i didn't rape her and gave her a ride home that night.
But what if some girl gets yer sperm sample locked in a rape kit shelve for 10 years before she springs the false rape lie?? Are men and boys going to be able to adequitelly defend themselves with cameras at convenience stores, and other stuff that may prove she was lying???? i don't think so!!
A man or boy who has his sperm swabbed into a rape kit has a "constitutional right" to confront the accusation in a timly fashion appropriatte enough to properly defend himself.
We has a Constitution that guarantees our right to properly defend against a felonious accusation; in a timely manner to properly defend ourselves. waiting ten years takes away mans right to properly do that which the constitution demands.
There is a sharp contrast between the spirit of the law and what happens inside of a courtroom.
Even if you did have evidence, you may not be allowed to present it.
