Here is a Justice who gets it.
The Delhi High Court, on Monday, refused to quash a false criminal case of rape lodged by a Delhi Police woman employee against a man to ensure that she faces prosecution later for falsely implicating him. Justice Dhingra dismissed the petition despite plea from a Delhi-based property dealer that the woman has admitted to making false accusations against him early this year and they settled the matter out of court.
"I consider that an offence under Sec 376 of the IPC (for rape) being punishable with minimum sentence of seven years cannot be looked at so lightly," justice SN Dhingra said.
"The prosecutrix (the woman) cannot be allowed to turn around and say that she made a false statement and that now she has compromised the matter," he said, refusing to dissolve the FIR.
The court then left the matter for the trial court to acquit the man and initiate prosecution against the woman on charges of perjury.

Here's a big one:
Here's Heidi's forecast: Cloudy with a chance of deception.
WABC/Channel 7 weather babe Heidi Jones was arrested for perpetrating the ultimate snow job -- falsely claiming to cops that a man had tried to rape her while she was jogging in Central Park, sources said yesterday.
Jones, who anchors the station's weekend evening weather coverage and fills in on "Good Morning America," was charged Monday with filing a false report, a Class A misdemeanor. If convicted, she could face up to a year in jail or a $1,000 fine.
Jones spun a story that proved to be as unreliable as a five-day forecast, telling police last month that she was assaulted in September while pounding the pavement in the city's back yard, the sources said.
CLOUDY FUTURE: Channel 7 forecaster Heidi Jones has been charged with filing a false report after claiming she was attacked in Central Park.
Jones, 37, told cops she was jogging in the park on the afternoon of Sept. 24 when a Hispanic man in his 30s or 40s grabbed her from behind, dragged her into a wooded area and attempted to rape her.
She told police that the would-be rapist was scared off by two passers-by who came to her aid.
But for cops, the story was all wet.
The first clue was that she waited until Nov. 24, two months later, to report the alleged attack, the sources said.
At the time, the sources said, she told police that three days earlier, on Nov. 21, the same man somehow found her again and harassed her, saying, "I know you went to the police."
After cops took her report, detectives conducted a lengthy investigation, canvassing the area for video and witnesses.
Coming up empty-handed, they went to talk to Jones again -- and noticed inconsistencies in her story, the sources said.
After being confronted with the discrepancies, Jones admitted that she had pulled the story out of thin air, the sources said.
Jones said she concocted the tale in a plea for sympathy to counter some unknown setback that she was experiencing in her personal life, the sources said.
But whatever that ordeal was, Jones has apparently hidden it well. Most of her public posts, on both Facebook and Twitter, have been bright and sunny for weeks.
In one upbeat tweet posted Nov. 21 -- the day she said she was harassed by her make-believe attacker -- she wrote: "Here is ur turkey day forecast! Gobble gobble!!"
She even remained upbeat as the cops closed in on her.
"You guys ready for the arctic chill?" she posted on her Facebook page Monday, the day she was arrested.
"Ready or not . . . it's going to be bitterly cold tomorrow and Wednesday, with highs sub freezing and a wind chill to make your toes shake! Be careful!"

Not that I would believe anyone who lies so easily, but that sounds like an awfully frivolous motive.

One would wish to think so, but...
We've seen so many cases where the motive has been every bit as frivolous as this one was.
It's good that the public be exposed to how frequently the motives for making FRA's are.
Too many people still seem to have the idea (likely deliberately crafted by the feminist-fearing media) that the (rare) woman who makes an FRA is simply a very troubled women, with mental issues or in some desperate straights. This helps to maintain the illusion that FRA's are not something that your average guy would ever have to worry about, thus there's no pressing need for legal and social change.
Thus, every time a frivolous, mean-spirited, and/or self-serving alibi is cited as the motivation, it helps to "educate" the public about the true nature of the FRA issue. If they see that a woman with even the most minor of personal issues will easily chose to try to claim such victimhood, then they can also see that the real risk for all men is actually much higher than the SGI, the media, and even LE would have people believe.

I SAY, let me guess, she was late for work for the second time that month.
With no legal consequences for crying "Rape" when in fact no rape occurred, Hey why not take some heat off oneself, and get a little extra attention for the holidays by saying some black man, or a gang of Hispanic men raped me.
"The Delhi High Court, on Monday, refused to quash a false criminal case of rape lodged by a Delhi Police woman employee against a man to ensure that she faces prosecution later for falsely implicating him"
Rather awkwardly written, but as I understand it to mean, the judge allowed the prosecution of an innocent man to go forward because, under Indian Law, she can then herself be prosecuted for the false claim; whereas, if the charges against the man were summarily dropped, she could likely escape any punishment?
This seems like a terrible shortcoming in the way the laws are written. Even if the case is a seeming "slam dunk" in his favor, juries are autonomous, and are not guided by the judges intent to have the man stand trial so as to be cleared - and the women liable for the whole fiasco. The jury could, with just one or two high-pressure feminist activists on the panel, still be persuaded to convict the man despite over-whelming evidence of his innocence. It's a needless risk to (have to) take - not to mention the probable personal financial costs to him due to his need to continue to be represented by counsel.
While (assuming I'm understanding this correctly) I can appreciate what it is the judge is trying to ensure happens (her prosecution), that the innocent man still has to stand trial speaks very loudly to the need for reforms in the ways laws are written for application to those making false allegations.
It's not unlike how in the US, women like Heidi Jones will only ever face at most Class A misdemeanors. Only laws that actually exist can be applied. What is needed are tougher, felony-level charges that can be leveled against them. This is where we, the people, need to be pressuring our elected representatives. We should be referring them to the collection of false rape victim horror stories that have been amassed here to leverage or call for the need to enact tougher statutes and other essential legal reforms - such as those that would be imposed upon LE to require corroboration, to provide animosity for the accused, and to re-examine the rape Shield Laws with an eye towards removing those elements which are not necessary to protect an accusers personal life, yet will serve to exclude potential exculpatory evidence never-the-less. Oh, I agree.
The problem is that rarely does anything bad ever happen to women who make false rape claims, so why wouldn't they make them for frivolous reasons?
There are two behaviors: One has numerous motives and almost no punishment. The other has almost no motive and most severe punishment. Based on that, which behavior do you think would be more common?
This is why the feminist/SGI position of ignoring, and therefore refusing to deter, false rape claims is pro-rape.
In this one example, "detectives conducted a lengthy investigation, canvassing the area for video and witnesses". That took time and money away from an SVU that could have been working on cases where a crime actually occurred.
If making false claims were a felony, then perhaps she would have thought twice about making up her story for no good reason. And then the police could have spent their time on rape rather than false rape.
If feminists are honestly against rape, then why would they support policies that prevent law enforcement from going after rapists?

Exactly.
Of course, we have no idea if that was her real reason. Perhaps she had unprotected sex outside of a committed relationship, with some man who may or may not have been Hispanic, and her delay in reporting was due to the time it took to find out she was pregnant?
Or maybe it was because her bra was itchy. Who the heck knows? In the absence of a serious deterrent, making a false rape claim is just something to do.
"to provide animosity for the accused"
We already have more than enough of that. You meant to write "anonymity".
Which will never happen in the U.S. because any such law would not be Constitutional.
Anonymous - "If feminists are honestly against rape, then why would they support policies that prevent law enforcement from going after rapists?"
I assume (and hope) you meant that to be: "...prevent law enforcement from going after imaginary/non-existentrapists?"
But, don't think I'm just picking on you, I've got my own mea culpa to answer for:
I wrote - "to provide animosity for the accused"
And had to be corrected also - "We already have more than enough of that. You meant to write "anonymity"."
Indeed, that's what I meant. (damned spell-checker #^*^$. I need to make sure it's picking the right word when I mis-type something.)
Making a false rape accusation is now more than "something to do".
My false rape accuser got a chunk of "victim funds" from the Rape crisis center that she used for drugs, that she never had to pay back. Even when the law enforcement knew she was lying about being raped, they never told this center that paid her a lump sum for her accusation. I believe the actions or in actions of American law enforcement are now more part of the problem of fostering a false rape culture, than any deterrent.
I was the second guy my false rape accuser, falsely accused that year, and the law enforcement still refused to press charges against her.
I believe it is a very serious "institutionalized perversion" to be feeding crack whores drugs habits, by paying them to make false rape accusations.
This may be way more common than you think, and we have no way of knowing cause these girls running these crisis centers, don't have to keep track of the names of these women accusers.
If they did keep a record of who is making all these rape accusations (and getting substantial chunks of victim dollars for each accusation) you would most likely see the girl that falsely accused me of rape come up in these lists over, and over, and over, and over.
Hey, she has found an endless supply of cash cow in these victim shelters to supply her with "funds for drugs".
False rape accusations are now the new American "cash for drugs" program.
"Anonymous - "If feminists are honestly against rape, then why would they support policies that prevent law enforcement from going after rapists?"
I assume (and hope) you meant that to be: "...prevent law enforcement from going after imaginary/non-existent rapists?""
Actually, I think I wrote that correctly. Feminists support policies that prevent law enforcement from going after actual rapists.
First anon poster. Saw that earlier. Thanks for the link
The new policy of rape crisis centers giving "victim dollars" to girls who say they have been raped, has opened up a new cash cow for girls with drug habits to feed.
Of course we may never know if this phenomena of giving false rape accusers "cash for drugs" program, is in fact a reality, for these centers are now totally anonymous. Being anonymous is basically gender feminist speak for "leave no tracks of our devious "cash for drugs" program."
One would think that American law enforcement would file a complaint against this "cash for drugs" if you file a false rape accusation phenomena; but they wont bite the hand that feed them the pork.
The new Rape crisis centers policy to give victim dollars to every girl who says she has been raped (even when she was not), seems to me kinda like an "economic stimulus package" for the world of the matriarchal underclass of violence , drugs, crime, and prostitution.
Maybe congress feels this sector of the economy needs a stimulus package also?? kinda a "trickle down policy", give crack head girls cash for saying they were raped, and it trickles into the local crack house economy.
This is the same concept, just from a different source, that bothers me about the UK system. Accusers are given "support money" when lodging rape complaints. Essentially they are being paid for filing complaints, whether they turn out to be true or not.
I have no problem with true survivors receiving support, whether from gov't funded programs or non-profit private sources.
I have an issue when that money is diverted to criminals, the FRA's.
