On November 15, 2010, Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division was advised that an inmate housed in the Hamilton County Jail had made an allegation of rape.
The alleged victim, Charles D. Mundy was interviewed regarding the complaint, as well as several witnesses.
The investigation into the allegation determined that Mr. Mundy fabricated the complaint.
According to information obtained during the investigation, Mr. Mundy was not happy with his cell assignment and wanted to be moved to another.
Charles Douglas Mundy was charged with Filing a False Report.

He should be treated no differently than a female who falsely accused someone of rape. I am a student of counter-feminism and yes, I said that. As I have stated on this blog before; "True Justice Is a double-edged sword that cuts both ways".

Well,well,well,looks like the justice system is alive and well, and actually DOES prosecute false rape accusers,when they're MALE.
I guess I have nothing to fear in the event of the outside,1-in-3 billion, chance that I'm falsely accused of rape by another dude.
