A 30-year-old Gaffney, S.C., woman told Gastonia Police on Sunday three men raped her, but the story was false, according to an arrest warrant.
The woman was served with an arrest warrant on Tuesday for making a false report to a police station.
She was released from custody without having to post bond.
Police determined her story did not add up and she later confessed that it was untrue, according to a Gastonia Police report.
No one else was questioned in the case.

How many men who lie to the police and abuse the broken system get to enjoy such a luxurious privilege...er, I mean "right"?

I'm glad no man was arrested on this woman's false testimony. I despise women who lie about rape. I only feel sympathy for rape victims and people who have been false accused of rape.
She needs to be named and shamed to prevent her from victimizing anyone else, which is precisely the same reasoning behind doing that to those accused of rape.

I gleaned some more details from the SART protocol:
LE can be requested to vacate the area during initial victims statements,The SANE nurse will handle both the victims and the alleged perps physical samples,and dry them in the same drying box.
Perhaps a compassionate nurse could "accidently" cross contaminate.
Also the advocate or counselor has confidential privilege that cannot be subpenod in court.(law in Wisconsin,majority elsewhere)
So women "counsel" the victim,Women collect the samples,and none are accountable to LE for veracity.
This is all funded federally by VAWA funds.

I'm pretty sure it was posted on here a while back about a sane nurse or some sort of female medical examiner doing just what you are saying.
If I remember right she was lying about injuries.
And what is really sick is she will probably face no jail time even thought she deserves nothing less than life in prison.
Without stopping (or even hindering in any way) false rape accusations, girls learn they can do it whenever they feel the whim.
My false rape accuser falselly accused another guy of rape, and i specifically asked for her to be chgarged..AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO CHARGE HER.
serial false rape accusers are now cashing in on the pools of ??victim dollars?? that are floating around, and they don't even have to leave their names in a data base to cash in on these funds. My false rape accuser used the money for drugs, and im sure she is still going town to town making false rape accusations and cashing in on the flood of victim dollars around the country. Giving drug addict girls cash for false rape accusations is a sickness of a legal system.
