A woman accused of filing a false rape claim is expected to appear in an Orange County courtroom today.
Emily Marie Riker, 21, of Orlando, told a security guard at a convenience store in June that someone had pulled her into a vehicle and raped her, but deputies said her story was inconsistent and did not match the physical evidence.
She faces charges of filing a false claim to a law-enforcement officer.
Riker later said she lied because she was angry with the man she had been with, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies also determined that Riker had filed two other false rape reports in Orange County and may have reported one in Osceola County.

We can only hope that the judge will do the right thing and make an example out of this FRA criminal.
Her prior false accusation are rape shielded, are they not?
Poor thing. She just gets confused.
The American Gender / Raunch community gain "Empowerment" by suggesting all heterosexual males are rapists.
The discussion of the the current "false rape culture", is simply incomplete without mentioning the "Empowerment" of the American Gender / Raunch community, and their misinformation campaigns.

I hope they throw the book at this woman I'm sick of women making light of such a serious allegation. Lying about rape means many women don't take rape seriously they just see it as a means to an end.
These women are doing genuine rape victims no favors.
I as a woman do take this crime very seriously enough to show concern for genuine victims and men/women false accused of such a crime.
