I wonder if the following news story recounts the kind of incident Catherine Comins had in mind when she said the following: Men who are unjustly accused of rape "have a lot of pain, but it is not a pain that I would necessarily have spared them. I think it ideally initiates a process of self-exploration. 'How do I see women?' 'If I didn't violate her, could I have?' 'Do I have the potential to do to her what they say I did?' Those are good questions.'"
Transient severely beaten after false accusation of rape
PANAMA CITY BEACH – A man was beaten bloody and senseless by an unknown group of people after someone falsely accused him of raping an intoxicated woman outside a bar early Sunday morning.
About 12:44 a.m. Sunday, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office was called to Newby’s Too, 4103 Thomas Drive, in reference to a sexual battery, according to an incident report. However, the woman who was identified as the victim said she had not been raped, and a man the crowd had detained as the perpetrator was in serious condition from a severe beating.
A deputy said the 41-year-old transient had been beaten so badly that his eyes were swollen shut and he couldn’t see. He was in and out of consciousness and could not tell authorities his name. Several people were holding rags on the man’s head to soak up blood.
While EMS treated the man, deputies spoke to the supposed victim and others present. The woman said she did not have sex with anyone; she had gone to the parking lot to lie down in a van that belonged to her boyfriend’s buddy. She was hot, so she took off her pants, she said. She saw several people taking the injured man from the van, but she didn’t know what happened.
The woman’s boyfriend said he had sent her to his friend’s van because she was intoxicated, according to the report. He wanted her to sleep it off. Later, he sent his buddy to check on her, and that’s when he found out the other man had been beaten up for supposedly raping the woman.
The man who owns the van told a deputy he had gone outside to check on the woman and saw a man on top of her. He believed the man was in the process of raping her. The report said the man “notified several people, unknown to him” of the attack, and the man was caught and “taken away.” He said he was not aware someone had beaten the alleged attacker until later.
A witness told deputies that he was in the parking lot and saw the supposed perpetrator running through the lot. He heard someone say the man had just raped a girl, so he tackled the man. Several others came over and took the man aside, and he did not see what happened next, he said.
The injured man was taken to Gulf Coast Medical Center for treatment. He had several head injuries, the report said. His eyes were swollen shut, his nose was swollen and bleeding, and he appeared to have blood coming from his eyes. He was coughing up blood.
When he regained consciousness, he told a deputy that he didn’t know how he got in the van or how he got to Newby’s; he denied having sex with anyone. He said he thought he was climbing in the van to get a ride to the beach; the deputy pointed out that he was already at the beach.
The man said he drank a fifth of whisky and two cases of beer that night.
He didn’t know any of the people who had beaten him and couldn’t identify them.
The case is still under investigation.

Agreed, it's such obtuse horseshit outside the realm of facts and reason that it's almost impossible to argue. If someone claims the moon is made of cheese, an astronomer couldn't convince them otherwise.
Anyway, although I'm a bit confused, who made the false accusation in this case?
The new upper white middle class Gender / Raunch community, are the equivalent of what the klu-klux-klan was 80 years ago.
They both rule with faulty and inflammatory misinformation, and the modern Klan employ "higher tech lynchings", and will purge all bureaucracies of anyone who does not share their Gender / Raunch values.
This would seem silly if it were not the truth.

Ken Buck is a former Assistant US Attorney (ASUA) here in Colorado, and has for some time been the elected DA in Weld County. He has been for the most part, a prime example of what some posters would point to as the LE part of the FRA conundrum (a couple of years ago, in story that was covered here, he let an innocent man rot in jail for over 3 months, bankrupting him in the process, on an easily discerned FRA).
Yet, now that he is running for the US Senate, a rape accuser has pulled out her tape conversation with him regarding his offices decision not to peruse trying the man on her say-so. She apparently invited the man, a former lover, to her place for sex, then changed her mind the next day (now, where have we ever heard of that happening before?)

This is another reason why corroborating evidence must be required by statute.

the latest craze is for females to file "harrassment" charges against males for just about anything, including "talking back" to or disobeying a female, becuase you know, that makes the poor dears "feel threatened"
cops, jail guards, lawyers, judges, court personnel, administrative "justice" agencies, bail bonds types (increasingly female-owned and operated) and on and on, the bloodmoney train must keep on rolling, and these people and their gynogovernment have zero interest in the evil they are perpetrating on guys, as long as their targets arent females (or themselves)
"itinerants" like the fall-guy mentioned in this piece are often the prime choice for "law enforcement" and persecutors oops prosecutors -- usually there is no one to corroborate their innocence, so they are fair game for the matriarchy and its thugs
this itinerant angle reminds me of an incident a few years ago in oprah's backyard -- i wrote a piece on it
a homeless man was arrested and jailed for child molestation, and treated as one might expect in this place
a week or two later the accusers, two middle school girls, with court hearings coming up finally fessed that nothing had happened, they'd never even encountered the guy -- seems they were goofing around and, late for class, decided to claim they were molested by a "homeless man" (lol they had enough cunning to accuse someone w/o an address!)
eventualy the cops let him go, and gave him a bus ticket out of town and a hearty "dont ever come back here again"
quite a compensation for his agony, eh?
a couple weeks later, while driving, i just happened to hear on the radio a phone interview with the female district attorney involved in the case
she called the girls VICTIMS of the "unfortunate situation" and hoped that their lives wouldnt be too "traumatized" by their experience
the d.a. never even mentioned the real victim of the frame-up, and the radio host, being a standard mangina, never did either, much less call her on her monstrousness
the courts are fast becoming women-only staffed, especially prosecutors and judges, and police in amerika are essentially paid thugs operating at command of females, collective and individual
this site is v good and v important, but ten more like it couldnt keep up with the profitable evil being perpetrated on boys and men in this cuntry every day

Catherine Comins is a sick fuck.
What this shows is that there is another angle to FRAs that needs to be addressed - the vigorous and severe prosecution of people who react hysterically to them.
Every single person who took part in this beating was breaking the law. They were spitting on the Constitution. They were engaging in behavior that is in no way condoned in any other context.
Once, thugs beat up or killed blacks and gays with impunity. It must have seemed impossible then to eradicate the vermin who took part in these blood-fests - but the attempt was made and we all know the result. Anyone who gets caught engaging in this mindless violence against the innocent does not get let off with a warning anymore, nor does anyone make jokes about it.
The same goes for these filth. Every one of them needs to be exposed, with the words 'mindless, violent psychopath' stamped over their ugly mugs.
FRAs should not be allowed to ruin a man's life. Anyone who promotes that outcome should be treated with the same respect as violent racist bigots and homophobes.
Incidents like these remind some of us how we are NOT anti-female sexists even deep down. As much as I hate misandry in AMerica, the men who deserve to have a taste of it flung in their direction are chivalrous/plain useful idiot men who do things like this.
If a man publicly accused ME of rape especially in a setting like this, I would deck him in the face, making him think twice b4 being some stupid whores unpaid bodyguard.
