A Saylorsburg woman was not telling the truth when she told state police she was raped at a party in her home, police said Tuesday.
Christine D. O'Neill, 46, is scheduled to face charges of unsworn falsification and making false reports at a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Monday before District Judge Jolana Krawitz.
O'Neill also is charged with two counts of intimidation of witnesses and two counts of furnishing alcohol to minors.
Police say O'Neill told them and Pocono Medical Center personnel that she was raped on the night of a party that included minors. State police at Lehighton later determined she had consensual sex with a man after her husband left the party.
Police did not say when the party took place.

Sex Offender Treatment by James D. Anderson
One of the most profitable scams in the prison behavioral modification business is the sex-offender treatment industry. Because you were convicted of a sex offense, you are now fuel for the sex-offender treatment profiteers. You will be expected to confess to your crime, end all appeals for a fair trial, dismiss all delusions of innocence, and participate in sex-offender treatment along with admitted child molesters and serial rapists. Confession is the main tenet of sex-offender treatment. It does not matter to prison officials that you have always maintained your innocence and are in the process of appeal.
Thousands of people work in the sex-offender treatment industry and to justify their high-paying state jobs you must confess to your offense. You are the meal ticket not only of prison guards but also sex-offender treatment providers. As a wrongly convicted prisoner, you should have nothing to do with sex-offender treatment. Be a man, and stand up for what is right. There will be repercussions for you for not confessing and becoming another admitted sex offender. You will be denied any good-time off your prison term and early parole will be out of the question. I have always refused to even speak to sex-offender treatment counselors. Not only have I been denied any time off my sentence for good behavior, but the Oregon Parole Board has labeled me mentally unfit and dangerous to society because I refuse to confess, show remorse, and beg for forgiveness.
Not only should you avoid sex-offender treatment, but I suggest you refuse to participate in any behavior modification programs in prison. Don't admit anything to prison officials or prison counselors. Those who work in the behavior modification industry behind prison walls will use anything you tell them against you. Tell them nothing about your past. Prison counselors are not your friends.
Never talk to any prison psychologist. There is no faster way to be labeled mentally and emotionally unfit than to trust a prison psychologist. As a convicted sex offender, innocent or not, you are the bread and butter of the sex-offender treatment industry, prison counselors/psychologists, and prison guards. The only way they can justify their jobs is to keep you in their prison programs as long as possible. Be aware of their true motives, don't trust them, tell them nothing, and never doubt yourself. You owe them nothing.
You are an innocent man in prison. Act like one, and good luck my friend
From everything that I have read on the subject, 600,000 people work in the Prison Industrial Complex.
That is the same amount of people, that work in all of the airline industry in the US.
Some meal ticket for the FR, industrialist.
Canada: Teacher found not guilty of sex charges

Once again, a woman is unfaithful, has consensual sex, then lies about it to try to cover it up. This is becoming "old hat", it happens so frequently. Hell, way more than 2% of ALL rape reports are, in fact, much like this one - cover-ups for illicit activities by the alleged victim.
But, on the bright side, especially for those who been involved here for a couple of years or more; where once such stories would have almost certainly included the wrongful arrest of the man (or, even some other man who fit the description), as we've been seeing more and more of lately, no one was arrested prior to an investigation determining that she had simply lied about having been raped.
[I’m having some issue with Blogger, so I’m going to try breaking up posts into smaller portions to see if I can avoid the “Too Large” error I’ve been getting]
The spread of information about the prevalence of false rape reports seems to be having an effect. It seems we are now seeing more of the proper caution we long been calling for on the part of police. They are now, seemingly, starting to investigate first, to determine if there is actually and credible evidence before claiming they have probably cause for an arrest.
Now, we'll never hear any of them cite The False Rape Society for their new-found awareness and attention to their (actual) duties. But, I can assure you that members of LE talk to each other, and between jurisdictions about what is being said about them.
By way of personal example, the Denver PD has been hit by a recent spate of brutality charges (some caught on video). The local outcry against this has been quite forceful. And, while there has been some of the expected “circling of the wagons” in a public show of solidarity, privately, a great many officers are very angry that the misdeeds of their colleagues has served to taint them all. I know some officers in neighboring jurisdictions, who’ve had a chance to talk with Denver officers, who say that, internally, things in the DPD are quite unsettled, with a lot of deep resentment towards those officers who’ve been caught over-stepping their bounds.

Additionally, the officers I know are themselves being extra careful to be respectful when contacting people. They are in a heightened state of awareness that they need to be careful not to provoke incidents. They know, all too well, that if there are any more screw-ups, heads are going to roll (if only to assuage the publics blood-lust).
I tend to believe that we are seeing something of the same phenomenon with regard to rape allegations. Officers, now more aware of how frequently women are lying about that crime, are proceeding more cautiously, and keeping their “protective” white-knighting instincts in check.
At least, that’s what I believe is going on. Hopefully, this trend of not arresting accused men first will continue to hold – not because it will seem to bear-out what I’m suggesting here – but, rather, because it is in the absolute best interests of men falsely accused of such a heinous crime.

I agree. When this blog reports that a post received 28,000 hits, we can be sure some of those people reading it are police officers. Which is why it's extremely important not to allow comments that might alienate those who would otherwise support our cause. Since the police are often the first point of contact in dealing with false accusations, they deserve our support when they decide to do the right thing in the face of significant political opposition. Just look at the situation in Baltimore, and how they were attacked in the press for dismissing bogus claims. Unfortunately, the owners of this blog are so reluctant to take a stand on this issue that it might as well be renamed "Gender Raunch Chicken'n'Waffle".

Upon further reading, it seems as though the owners of this blog have decided to make some effort.

That's because one of the kid's beaten up by Denver PD was a Pueblo LE's kid.
Denver PD are well known for their 'roid rages.
Funny, over a year and a half of white men being attacked and beaten by black - and video taped no less - and not a PEEP until some reporter leaked it.

That was certainly a problem - but was unrelated to the matters of Police brutality.
The DPD was well aware of white men being systematically targeted, but it wasn't the "officer on the street" who kept it from the public. Google Edwin "Sonny" Jackson to get a better understanding as to why black-on-white racial hate-crimes would be covered up.
