Woman charged for false assault report

CEDAR FALLS - University of Northern Iowa police have arrested a student who allegedly made a false claim that she was sexually assaulted.

Jennifer Phyllis Mills, 28, of 306 G. St., was taken into custody Tuesday on a misdemeanor charge of false report to law enforcement. She was booked at the Black Hawk County Jail at 8 a.m. Bond was set at $1,000, and she was later released.

UNI officers received two reports of assaults on female students July 4 - one at the Gamma Phi Beta house on Merner Street and the other in a wooded area near Jennings Drive.

On Thursday, campus police said they determined the report about the sexual assault in the wooded area was false.

Court records allege Mills told police she was grabbed by a man in a ski mask. She told investigators she was punched in the stomach, dragged off and sexually assaulted.

Police found inconsistencies in her account, and Mills admitted she wasn't assaulted when they were brought to her attention.

What is it with women that age? Rarely do we see old women lying about rape; it's almost always this age group.

I have an angry bull dyke at my university that says there is no such thing as a false rape accusation.

Well, maybe not "old women", but this blog has posted a significant number of false accusers aged 30-60.

It is a part of their twisted mindset, a part of their overall conditioning. They see falsifying a rape as an opportunity and a right. Sadly, so do many in the legal system as we continue to see very few false accusers charged with any crime.

The first step in changing the system is exposing deeply embedded chivalry in the mindsets of all that are associated with the legal system and of course society at large.

Age seems to relate to the false reporter based more on the type of FRA being reported.

For instance, FRA's as alibi's are going to cover a generally broader age range, as women will continue to engage in illicit activities for which they might try to use an FRA to cover-up until an age where such illicit activities drop-off (perhaps 18-50, as a guess at the range).

While after-the-fact regrets will likely be seen more from single dating/partying women, who will tend to be somewhat younger (perhaps 18-25 - those over 25 being simply less likely to feel such regret, or not to worry so much about their reputations).

As an attention seeking device, FRA's may extend over the broadest range (perhaps as low as 10 or 12 all the way up to women in their 60's, 70's, and maybe even 80's). Actual elder rape is somewhat rare, but does occur. The difference is that older women tend to have fewer reasons to want to make a false allegation, so their rate of making FRA's is likely quite low.

It's hard to tell about the emerging motive of monetary gain.

At first blush, one might reason that younger women might tend to have greater financial struggles, and thus might be more tempted to make an FRA for victims assistance money.

However, as we've seen with Ben Roethlisberger's first accuser, as well as Rick Patino's (and, perhaps David Copperfield's - I've forgotten her age, but I believe she was 30+), direct blackmail/law suit as the avenue to pay-off seems likely to be the approach of older women.

"And prosecutors have revealed in court papers that preliminary DNA tests showed no semen was found in samples taken from the girl...

"At this point, they should give up and apologize to Mr. Leary and the other defendants for this horrific false allegation," Lord later said."

It never fails to amaze me how many false reports there are. And these are just the ones we know about.

By the way, what happened to the post before this about the Israeli soldier pictures?
