Police: Woman made up sexual assault report

A 22-year-old Johnson City woman was arrested Thursday on an accusation that she made up a sexual assault.

Deanna Williams, 1111 Lark St., was charged with filing a false police report.

Police said in a news release her arrest resulted from an investigation into a report filed by Williams that she had been sexually assaulted at a Johnson City residence.

The investigation revealed the report was false and that Williams had fabricated the story, police said.

Williams was jailed at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Monday.

Over the last 25 years law enforcement has perverted their protocol, at the request of gender feminist activists, to no longer charge false rape accusers. They say this change is needed to enable more women to "Come forward" when they have been raped, and by charging false rape accusations..THIS SOMEHOW DETERS REAL VICTIMS FROM COMING FORWARD".
I say "This smells fishy"!! Where are the studies that show not charging "false" rape accusers allows more "real" rape victims to "Come forward"???
This fishy theory that has perverted American law enforcement has had a few tangible consequences on American society that can be studied.
With all the perverted and "manufactured statistics" that now come from our law enforcemnent.. This missinformation has enabled Gender / Raunch feminism to become culturally dominant on many universities around the country.

The more hetero-sexual males are attacked, the more gender feminist homo-sexuals will gain favor with society.

If the law enforcement / Gender feminist ALLIANCE were to be broken (and it will be eventually), and violent women were arrested and treated as men are treated by the legal system, Jails would flood for the first few years, but I predict a 20% drop in crime "accross the board" within the first 5 years.
I predict a 40% drop in crime "across the board" within 10 years.
This drop in crime would not be good for the law enforcement "pork-o-crats" who want the power and control they get from bloating their budgets, and hiring more officers to keep underneath them.
This is where "Pork feeder capitalism"; where American burocracies main goals are now to "bloat their budgets" with federal dollars... is showing that it is collapsing the system.

The main article here gives us very little to work with, especially that no motive is given for the FRA. At least she named, and appears headed for some sort of punishment – even if it will be very lenient, even for a misdemeanor.

But… over in the land of AfOR, Snark, etc…

A comment posted on the article AfOR posted above:

”If the allegations had been true and the soldier was convicted, she would not have been named. Why then, when he was not even arrested, has the soldier's name been published?”
- Julia, Guildford

That, my friends, is what an English women is thinking about – that the innocent victim was named. The UK politicians may have had their legs go wobbly, but it people still got a chance to hear the debate. Apparently, some of it is sinking in. Maybe next time the issue comes up, there will be a sufficient number of sane voices to drown out the gender-feminist, and the British government will get around to finally doing the right thing.

There’s also another woman, who seems to be “channeling” our own Snark:

”If she was ashamed then just wait until she sees her picture plastered all over a national newspaper. I think it's about time that a minimum sentence of 5 years was introduced for this crime as far too many women get away with this.”
- Louise, Derby UK

The good news is that the public seems to be getting the message. When one reads through the comments on these articles (especially those coming out of the UK), they over-whelming echo the very things we say here. It’s really quite heartening.

All-in-all, the article AfOR posted provides a wealth of info for us. A woman ashamed of her consensual wild ally-way sex (as has oft been noted here, women tend to suffer a lot more regret, opening the door to an FRA).

But, fortunately, it’s caught on video – saving the young man’s butt (Again, how many times has video saved the day?)

And, thankfully, felony charges (good job, UK!) and a conviction with jail time (You’d think that women in the UK would be starting to catch on…Wait!, maybe they have. Maybe the many, many FRA’s being uncovered are but a fraction of what would be occurring if it were not for the Perverting the Course of Justice felony charge available to prosecutors over there).

Again, such a good news comes from these cases in the UK – the proper investigations, the felony prosecutions of the perps, and jail time; not to mention that the Daily Mail let’s hundred comment – showing us that the people are beginning to understand.

I’ll leave you with one more demonstrative comment on that story:

This seems to be happening an awful lot. I assume this will go into the Wimmins groups statistics as a rape complaint that didn't lead to a conviction. Can we have a comment from one of these groups for once, or are they still living in their fantasy world where no woman is ever to blame for anything ?

Anonymous,

My Italian is rather weak, but, am I to understand that an American woman accused a musician who was performing at the Opera festival of sexual assault back-stage; and, that the incident was caught on video tape, showing her acting quite consensually - even kissing the accused man?

Anonymous said...

hi, even worse: the two women accused a man of "sexual violence" ("he touched us": Italian law makes no distinction about minor and major sexual violence). But there was a camera, that showed an opposite truth: the two women sexually touched the man. The women changed version, and got again contradicted by another video.

And there was another case yesterday in Roma, with another american women.

While there are dozens if not hundreds of cases where video has shown a rape accusation was false, does anyone know of a single example where video has shown a rape accusation was true?

The only instance that comes to mind is the one last year where a Junior High school girl was gang-raped by a gang of thugs, and several bystanders video taped it.

Other than such a rare and unique case, those intent on raping are not going to wish to produce any evidence which could end up being used against them (even years later).

Given that so many false rapes are uncovered by video surveillance cameras, one would suspect that if random stranger rapes were as prevalent as gender-feminists would have us believe, that there would also be many real rapes caught on such surveillance cameras.

That fact that there does not seem to be anywhere near as many (assuming there may be some) as there are of consensual encounter claimed as rape (after the fact) would seem to suggest that there are few "opportunity rapes" (as opposed to the "opportunity sex" that the cameras do catch).

This might mean that most real rapists plan their attacks more carefully, perhaps scouting out locations ahead of time.

To me, this would then suggest that whenever a woman tells of being grabbed, drug into an alleyway, and sexually assaulted; it should raise a "red flag" as it seems that rapists rarely (if ever) carry out such attacks - especially in light of the proliferation of video cameras into such locations).

Whether Archivist is doing better searches to turn these cases up OR they are happening more frequently, I don't know. But it does appear to be some good news that the justice system is starting to head in the right direction.

Please help me and my son. When my son was just 14 years old, he and a couple of his friends, mindlessly downloaded anything and everything pertaining to sex on Limewire. A few of these videos contained people under 18. The videos were "tagged" by law enforcement to catch child porn offenders. The law waited until he was 18, raided my house and turned his case over to the feds. His life is now destroyed. The judge did not give him prison time, but did sentence him to 40 years of parole. 40 years is cruel and unusual punishment considering the circumstances. He had to register as a sex offender, can not go anywhere where there are people under 18, has to attend sex offender classes where he must state that he gets sexual satisfaction by watching child pornography (even though he doesn't) and endure hearing members share about raping 3 year olds. He feels like a freak and his friends are avoiding him because of this charge. I fear for his safety and mental health. We had him tested by a forensic psychiatrist for the courts. The results show no sign of pedophelia, nor that he is a risk to society. The laws must change and view each case individually. He is treated the same as a child rapist. At 14, he was dumb, curious, immature and uninformed. The law could have easily approached me and educated my son on the dangers of his actions and help him recognize that real children are being victimized. He was but a child himself. He would never hurt anyone, especially a child. Please sign this petition asking the courts to take into consideration the specifics of each case instead of forcing the guidelines on everyone charged with this offense. I know there are other young people this has happened to as well. Thank you

What about the millionaire guy "Dog The Bounty Hunter" illegally captured in Mexico?

Does taping yourself raping women count?

I can't think of another case other than the one you mentioned. He got life for raping the "3" women who came forward. There were other victims who were too humiliated to report him --- as is the case in far too many instances.

To our italian friend...American women are being trained in universities around the United States, that making a false rape accusation is a usefull tool for getting out of just about any situation.
Rape accusations are great for explaining why yer late for work.
Rape accusations are great if yer caught underage drinking on campus.
Rape accusations are great if you got drunk and banged the soccer team, and yer friends found out the next day.
Rape accusations are great for........
Rape accusations are great for.....
It would be interesting if other countries eventually refused entry to American women because they are a potential public health hazard.

No, that wouldn't solve the problem.

I never read about women being "too humiliated" to report him - I read they were drugged and didn't even recall what happened.

No woman is "too humiliated" to report something like that unless they themself did something humiliating - so don't go there, girlfriend.

Social Worker - "Whether Archivist is doing better searches to turn these cases up OR they are happening more frequently"

Actually, it seems that it a matter of the media finally starting to report of such instances. In the past, there was a notable reluctance to make any mention, for fear of the gender-feminist back-lash. But, once a few outlets start breaking from the tradition of quietly sweeping such things under rugs, others became embolden, and began to follow suit.

Even prior to the Hostra U false rape hoax, when there was media coverage, it was typically just a few short sentences noting that a claim had turned out to be false. Typically, the liar was not named, nor was her motivation. I remember this too well, as I used to routinely rant and complain on this forum about the lack of information in such news reports.

But, since then, it seems more and more news outlets are providing meaningful details, like the name of the false accuser, the circumstance surrounding the FRA,. and often, her motive (which, I had often argued was the key to getting the public to understand the pervasiveness of the FRA problem - demonstrating the many and varied reasons otherwise rational woman would make such claims, and showing that it wasn't just a few women with mental issues, but also cold, calculating woman with agendas).

I believe if one reads the accounts of FRA's as presented by the UK's Daily Mail, what I've preferred becomes quite apparent. When given the details, such as motive, commenter's routinely note those details in their comments.

It used to be that we were up against both a misinformation campaign (the 25 lie, etc.), and a non-information campaign (the media's silence). Now, it seems the non-information campaign is beginning to crumble.

To the two Anons bikering about who should be banned:

Never argue with an idiot because pretty soon people will forget which one is the idiot

Or something like that.

One should spell 'bickering' correctly before decreeing someone else an "idiot".

I would be interested in hearing anon define exactly what "the problem" is.

Banning/censorship is a "problem". If someone isn't flaming or trolling they have as much right to their opinion as you have to yours.

That's this 'idiot's' opinion, anyway.

A few months ago I was almost arrested for assault and battery. I got into an altercation with a young hispanic girl at a gas station after she ran me off the run, then a mile up the road cut me off and slammed on her breaks. As I went to write down her tag I told her I was going to call the police. This is when she hit me in the face with her keys, swinging away. I only attempted to block. She gauged my neck and chest as well ripping my shirt. The whole time she was doing this she was screaming help, don't you hit me. Multiple men ran to her side. They were very aggressive and seemed as if they were going to use me as a mop. I tried to explain to one and he just told me to leave. I jumped in my truck and tried to drive away, she grabbed my arm and screamed no, somebody call the police. She wouldn't let me close my door, so I just backed up slowly and then tore off. I called the cops and a gas station near by. I explained my story and eventually got put into cuffs and were about to have my rights read when another car pulled up. Fortunately for me the whole thing got caught on video tape :0). She was charged with assault and battery, the keys stacked as a weapon. The sad thing about this is though, we all know what would have happened if the cameras were not rolling.
