Woman accused of exposing herself to a 14-year-old boy will not be tried for indecent exposure
I guess feminists will claim this is due to women being opressed or, claim it is part of women's liberation.
So I guess there is no true equality. I don't condone or support pedophilia or any sex crime(s).
Equality under the law could be easily achieved by deleting any and every reference to sex. Under the law we should all be "citizens", not men and women with different rights. Somehow I don't see feminists fight for that while they just keep on talking about equality forever and ever.

In short, an appellate court threw out the original judge's ruling. Yes, he made the wrong decision in the first place but it was one that was remedied in the courts on appeal.

That is a slippery slope if there ever was one. This can apply to many many things in society now that women do and enjoy that they never 'traditionally' did. Hilariously, even today in 2010, this still applies to women but only with regards to the 'being accountable/responsible for your actions' part of "equality".
Are women and men equal or not???? If we're equal they why are there so many special rights for women and special responsibilities for men?

Anyone remember the guy that was charged with indecent exposure or some such when a woman and her child were TRESSPASSING on his property, looked INTO HIS WINDOW, saw him naked, and then called the cops... Seems to me she was a peeping Pam but we all know what happened to that guy....

I never heard of that. If that guy went to jail, I hope there was more to it than that. Why would a woman call the cops on a guy for being naked inside his own house?

You don't get it. This is 40 years of feminist conditioning in action. The woman is automatically painting herself as a "victim" even though it is none of her business.
As a test, walk around in your underwear IN YOUR OWN HOUSE and see what happens. Police will be knocking on your door.

Thsi same mentality rules in cases of women having 'affairs' with 12 year old boys...sometimes they get in trouble, sometimes they are just 'troubled' and get off...
No man is EVER 'troubled'. Men aren't allowed to be 'troubled'. In the eyes of the law and feminists - men aren't 'troubled' they ARE trouble.

I am a falsely accused man and a regular commentator on this blog. I don't what Pierce Harlan (Archivist) or E. Steven Berkimer, the authors of this blog, will do about links, but I am very happy to see another blog appear that specifically addresses false accusations as its primary purpose.
There are those that believe we are in a "Misandry Bubble"

of which increasing false claims of abuse and sexual misconduct are a symptom.
If you haven't had time to read through the False Rape Society blog in its entirety, please do so. You'll find links and resources you may wish to add to your own site as well as ideas to promote social activism.
One thing we need to do is to start taking all of the data we have assembled and develop our ideas and findings into a well- defined mission with specific goals, initiatives, and actions so that we can go beyond merely reporting the problem of false accusations and do something about it in an organized way. Archivist mentioned something similar in a comment several posts back.
You are providing a valuable service to the entire planet, men and women both, by making the world aware that this issue exists and having the prescience to address it. Thanks!
