Rape claim at Loysville Youth Detention Center was lie, police say

A juvenile being held at the Loysville Youth Detention Center lied when he claimed another juvenile raped him, state police say. The 17-year-old male was taken May 17 to Carlisle Regional Medical Center after reporting the alleged rape to staff at the facility in Tyrone Township, Perry County, triggering a state police investigation into the allegations.

The detention center also did an internal investigation. Police said during the course of that investigation officials learned the allegations were false. The 17-year-old, whose name has not been released, also admitted lying during follow-up interviews with police, police said. Police said the 17-year-old is charged with false swearing to law enforcement. He will be prosecuted in juvenile court.

Surprise, surprise. Of course HE is charged.

I have read about surveys that have *proven* that many youth are raped while incarcerated -- with the vast majority of the rapes being committed by STAFF.

Uh-huh. It's not that these kids are lying on the survey because they're angry at the guards or anything. That isn't even possible, according to the feminists who conduct these "studies."

Similarly, lots and lots of women are being raped in prison by guards -- the proof being that when you hand female inmates a sheet of paper, many of them will tell stories about being abused. Unfortunately this often results in charges for the male guards and million dollar judgments for the women, because everybody knows that women never lie about rape, especially when they have criminal histories.

It is a perversion of our legal system to hold 17 year old boys accounteable when they say they were raped (when they were not)..and not hold 17 year old girls accounteable when they say they were raped (when they were not). How do women expect to be equal, when they have a legal system they have perverted... to not treat them equal.

Another big issue thats not politically correct to talk about is all the perverted young women who are attracted to bad boys..who flood all the juevenile detention facilities and corrections departments as councilors, so they can be near their bad boys, bring them drugs, and have sex with them. If society was to do an undercover sting to see the percentages of women perverts who flood these type positions..most of society would be shocked.
But again, quackademia is dominated by Gender feminists, and to study sick women is not in their adgenda.

What happened to the "Letter to Justin Fenton" thread? It disappeared.

Another post disappeared over at Citizen Warrior. General error or organized action?

We should really follow this one. Let' see if this false accuser is actually held accountable for his actions...

My guess is yes, HE will be.

I do not condone this young man's misconduct. But Gwallan raises a good point -- there is a double-standard at play here. He will be charged. And look at this story -- about how the media covers cases where boys locked away cry rape:

Atrocious double standard: When a woman cries rape, she's automatically a 'victim'; when a teen boy in jail for shoplifting cries rape, he just as easily could be lying

Please understand: I am protesting the double standard. I personally think that when it comes to males who cry "rape," they are treated the way ALL rape claimants should be treated. They should be treated with respect, but not as "victims" until it is proven they were actually victimized. And if they lie, they absolutely, in every case, should be charged, with punishments varying depending on the circumstances.

Randian, let's see if Mr. Fenton responds. If not, I'll repost my letter to him.

US Department of Justice Sexual Victimization in Juvenile Facilities Reported by Youth, 2008-09 (NCJ 228416)

Approximately 95 percent of all youth reporting staff sexual misconduct said they had been victimized by female facility staff. In 2008, 42 percent of staff in juvenile facilities under state jurisdiction were female.

Gwallan, very interesting research...good work!!

Sexual victimization is defined as any unwanted sexual activity between youth and all sexual activity between youth and staff.

***

So the male youth weren't necessarily saying that it was "rape-rape" by the female staff.

In fairness, I'll add that I'm highly skeptical of any claims of sexual abuse of prisoners by guards. I don't think that happens nearly as often as is sometimes claimed.
