That's what an innocent man's life is worth is this feminist society: $120. I hope the poor dear still has money for Denny's.
$120.00
Sheriff Andy Taylor of Mayberry.
Anonymous - "That's what an innocent man's life is worth is this feminist society: $120."
That $120 for the potential grievous harm done to the accused man stands in stark contrast the the $700 for attempting misrepresent the ownership of a trailer to the DMV.
See the item just above the FRA in the linked list of local crimes in Rome, NY:
• Lynne Stocker, 50, of 327 Barrett Lane, Bridgeport, was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $200 surcharge on one count of second-degree offering a false instrument for filing, reduced from second-degree forgery.
Authorities said on March 15, Stocker forged the name of a previous owner of a 2005 Locke trailer on a transaction form, which was then turned into the Department of Motor Vehicles so the new owner could get a new registration for the trailer.
Just weird.
I'm surprised that six men are even valued as highly as one trailer. Although when our feminist-enthralled government runs over a man it's usually driving a bus!
I just read that nearly one third of Americans -- including many Democrats -- now view the government as an immediately threat to their liberty.
I'm not sure how that breaks down along gender lines.
Another interesting poll:
http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2010/05/12/2311788.aspx
31% of Americans say that America needs a third political party. Only 15% say that the two-party system is working.
85% of Americans don't trust our system. Isn't that incredible?
Slightly off topic:
Anyone ever see the movie/read the novel Atonement?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atonement_%28novel%29#Part_one
It's popularity would have made me assume more people would take interest in helping the falsely accused...
