Portsmouth police: Parking garage assault report was false

PORTSMOUTH — Four days after a teenager reported she was sexually assaulted in a downtown parking garage, police believe the report was false.

"Based on our investigation, we don't believe there was any sexual assault or any attempted sexual assault," said Capt. Corey MacDonald. "We don't believe a sex assault occurred in the parking garage, or anywhere else related to the allegation."

The rape report remains under investigation, said MacDonald, adding he could not elaborate "at this point."
According to the city's public police log, the teen reported being dragged into a van by two men who tried to sexually assault her before she made an escape and fled from the scene. The crime was alleged to have occurred Sunday night in the High-Hanover parking garage.

MacDonald said detectives vigorously investigated the allegation since it was first reported.

HEY.... this is OT, I know, but... I just got a GREAT idea...

You know how Perverted Justice goes into chat rooms and gets people to solicit sex from what they believe to be an underaged girl?

What if some MRAs set up their own internet chat stings, and got women to admit having made false rape accusations in court? Would this technique be effective?

Could you actually contain yourself while she told her story? I can barely contain myself while reading the stories that are told here; I usually can't finish reading because I get so outraged. I don't know if I could bite my tongue (or hold my fingers, as the case may be) while some evil woman talked gleefully about falsely-accusing some poor schmuck of rape.

Absolutely I could. I could sit there telling her that false accusations were no big deal and that I completely understood and that I was sure that the only reason she did it was as a cry for help, and that the victim must have somehow been responsible for his own nifonging.

I could do all of that, if it meant busting one of these perverts, and possibly freeing an innocent man from prison.

It's been done, sort of:

http://falserapesociety.blogspot.com/2010/03/girl-confesses-her-rape-lie-put-three.html

"A 16-year-old girl, whose allegation that she was raped at Fredericia train station resulted in the conviction of three teenage boys, unknowingly confessed on a hidden camera that she lied about the incident, according to public broadcaster DR.

The video was taped by one of the boy’s families and is presently being used as evidence in a Western High Court case to have the original convictions overturned. The girl is now being charged by police for fabricating the story.

In the video, the brother of one of the three boys approaches the girl and chats with her on a sofa. The video shows the girl flirting with the boy while he tries to draw the true explanation out of her of what actually happened at the station.

At one point while being filmed, the girl says she was not held down by two of the boys while the other raped her, as she testified in court. She added that the sex she had with the one boy was consensual.

The girl also said in the video that she made the accusations because she was angry at one of the boys. She added that it was unfortunate the two others were sentenced in the case, but said she couldn’t find any other way to get back at the one boy."

Some enterprising MRAs should start a website dedicated to this -- False Accuser Justice! I wonder how many liars this would turn out.

I've thought of this very thing myself.

A private investigator offered to tap the phone for me once, but the legal ramifications of illegal wiretapping were too much.

I'm not a criminal, after all.

I don't know how one would go about contacting false accusers, or getting them to confess.

It does not seem to make an impact on child molesters. It would just be a vengeance thing.

Yeah can you just see nbc doing a show like that...

"To catch a liar"

In my dreams. No network would ever do something that would help Men.

Of course to make things fair you would not have to have a woman admit she made a lie in court.

You would just have to have her say that some guy raped her when he did not.

I mean fair is fair after all. The guys in these stings never actually hurt anyone and they are subjected to jail and sex offender registry for life.

Any PI who would offer to do that is someone you do not need to do business with. I'm pretty sure you can get 20 years in federal prison for that.

Similar to those studies that were done, proving that young children quite easily concoct stories of molestation. (As I recall, an entire one third of a group of twenty preschool age children falsely accused a man of molesting them, after being asked some modestly leading questions.)

This is better than my idea. Just establish ahead of time that the woman wasn't raped, then encourage her to say that she was?

Here is another one.

Remember a while back there was a black girl that said she was kidnapped and raped by a bunch of white people.

She came out and said that she made it all up after all the white people were sent to prison.

Guess what??

They are all still in prison!

So I guess her word was good enough to put them in prison but not good enough to get them out.

That's generally the way it works. "Take her word for it -- until she comes forward with the truth. Then take OUR word for it!"

The new Gendr feminist Perversion of law enforcement protocol, ahs fostered a culture of false rape accusations that is a stain on the American judicial system.
Maybe the American Tea party will throw the perverts who have perverted our legal system to feed their own adgendas ...into the sea.

Now that there are so many false rape accusations making it throught the "Media Lace curtain"...its time for the gender feminist/law enforcement missinformation Alliance to further their perversion.
The gender feminist/law enforcement missinformation Alliance are now simply "Re-defining what the meaning of is, is"; to "Label" a false rape accusation as "un-founded".
By "labelling" things that they are not..is to further their perversion, and rake in more and more state and federal pork dollars.
