Port Leyden girl, Kayla Kelsey, arrested for reporting false rape

Interesting that at 17, she is named. Really, it is a wonder she is named at all. And this time, it is revenge. For what, we don't know.

Kayla Kelsey arrested for false report of rape.

PORT LEYDEN, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Lewis County girl has been arrested after falsely reporting a rape, according to County Sheriffs.
Lewis County authorities say that 17-year-old Kayla Kelsey, or Port Leyden, contacted 911 dispatchers to report an alleged rape.

After police responded Kelsey admitted to lying about the rape for revenge purposes on another person.

Kelsey was issued a ticket and has to return to the Village of Port Leyden Justice Court at a later date.

A 17 year-old false rape accuser was arrested? And named in the paper? And her motive was specified?

In America? Wow.

Eventually Law enforcement will have no other option but to charge false rape accussers.
Over the last 20 years, the gender/Raunch feminists have petitioned and won "perversions" to be enacted into law enforcement protocol when dealing with rape accussations. These "perversions" to law enforcement are namelly to "no longer charge women and girls when they make false rape accussations."
To no longer cahrge women and girls when they falselly accuse men and boys of rape...Is A very serious perversion..that will have very serious consequences.
The very serious consequences will be that eventually there will be so many false rape accussations that law enforcement will no longer be able to hide them from the public..then folks will start to no longer believe rape accusations.
Get gender feminist perversion out of our legal system.

If you are going to post the same thing over and over again, can you at least learn proper spelling and punctuation?

Speaking of Facebook, and in light of the Chloe Rubenstein incident, considering that social networking sites have been around for many years, and have millions of users, if one-in-four women are victims of rape, shouldn't there be thousands of examples by now where women outed their rapists from the safety of their computers? If rape is as common as the feminists claim, why aren't these internet accusations a daily occurrence?

Damned good question!

"Interesting that at 17, she is named."

From Wikipedia:

Port Leyden is a village in Lewis County, New York, United States. The population was 665 at the 2000 census.

My guess, in such a small community, it wouldn't have mattered whether or not they named her - most people would find out anyway. And, it's likely that the PD doesn't have a feminist PR spokesperson to "filter" what info gets out to the press and public.

On the plus side, in such a small community, the fact that her crime is known is effectively as harsh as any punishment she could likely be given as a juvenile under NY law. She will not have the advantage of anonymity typically enjoyed by other FRA's - even those named, but who live in large, impersonal communities.
