Police: Woman's report of police impersonator, sex assault proved false
ELKHART COUNTY — Investigators announced Friday that a claim made by a woman on Tuesday that a police impersonator pulled her over and sexually assaulted her is false.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department said that after numerous interviews and a review of phone records, police were able to determine the claim to be a fabrication.
Police say that despite this was a false claim, it's still important to make the public aware of these incidents and that they should stay as safe as possible should such an incident occur.

Please be on the lookout for nobody impersonating a police officer. This nobody is wanted for not raping anybody at all. Please stay safely inside until nobody is apprehended. If you see nobody impersonating a police officer please avoid them. If this nobody doesn't rape you please contact the appropriate authorities as soon as is possible.

I don't personally know Dr. Phil, but I DO personally know the other person named here, I DO know he was tooling around Little Rock in a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost as owner of a 'Roman' health spa. It was Bill Clinton as Goveror of Ark that shut him down and put him out of business in Arkansas.

Also, there is no indication given that the false accuser was encouraged, in any way, by LE to file her claim. Nor is their any indication that the Elkhart County Sheriff's office is set to receive any federal money for having been willing to file a report based on her claim.[/snark]
