Woman Tells Police Sexual Assault Did Not Happen

A woman who reported a sexual assault to Derry Township police last week has told officers that the attack did not happen.

On Monday, the 22-year-old woman told police that the incident at Briarcrest Garden apartments that she reported on Feb. 18 did not happen. An injury the woman suffered was self-inflicted, police said.

The woman is facing charges of unsworn falsification and false reports to law enforcement.

And of course, we don't know why she did any of this

We don't know why kids do most things either. The female has about the same mentality as a child and it does not matter how intelligent she is of what degrees she has. A kid might think that taking a car for a drive is a good idea. They're impulsive and so are grown females.Maybe it seemed like a good idea at the time to a female to say she was raped so she would get attention or just wanted some company or someone to talk to her even if it was only the cops. Then you have females who have some other problem and for some reason she makes a rape complaint. Females are not rational beings and don't even understand themselves or why they do things.

This particular female hurt herself but what about females who take "date rape" drugs, have sex and then claim they were raped? These "date rape" drugs are not much different than valium, xanax etc and in fact are used in other countries. A blood test cannot distinguish between them and it just comes up as a benzodiazepine. She may have taken some valium and if a blood test comes back positive it may be written up as a "date rape" drug and the guy is accused of drugging her.

Most females wouldn't do this. But this slime isn't most females. She is a criminal who should be severely punished.

I'm no developmental psychologist, but that's retarded. Most women do not make false rape accusations.

The hell it is.

Ask a woman what she wants every day for an average month and get 30 different answers.

There is not much detail in this article and we don't know the cause for the claim, but at least we can place it in our archives here at FRS.

The only interesting point in the article is that it was determined that she had a self-inflicted wound. This is common in those with personality disorders and other mental health issues:

This one does seem to come across as more a desperate cry fro attention by a women with some mental issues. If so, then I do have some sympathy for such a woman, and I’d hope that she can get the help she truly needs.

However, the problem with such women using FRA’s as vehicles to get attention is that they place innocent men in potential danger if they happen to look something like the description a woman might give, or if they happen to have been in the area where the falsifies assault is claimed to have occurred.

These women could just as easily get attention if they were to call a suicide hotline, claiming to be ready to “off” themselves.

But, perhaps what these women are looking for is a way to transfer the “fault” for their personal unhappiness in instability off onto “men”, in the form of some unknown male assailant who attacked her so as to wield power over her, and thereby rob her of her power, rendering her unable to be responsible for her own care. Just being lonely, unhappy – even suicidal – isn’t the fault of others, unless, of course, someone has deliberately done something to deeply harm you. In that regard, the specter of rape, yet again, proves to be a useful tool for women to utilize for their own selfish end.

On a slightly related note, Chuck (Gucci Little Piggy) has taken on an item pen for the Huffington Post by a feminist Chloe Angyal, in which she contends all rape is about power. [If you must, you can link to her piece via Chuck’s].

It’s s decent take on the motivations behind different rape scenarios by a man who isn’t necessarily approaching the issue from a strong concern about FRA’s, anf I’d recommend giving it a look over.

Of note is this from comment by JZ (JZ is a woman, BTW):

”Rape is about power……..the power of women in the rape grievance industry to get grants, create rape jobs, stand at a podium, scold men, and to generally be important. Rapes happen, but the exaggeration of numbers is proposterous, and is used to prop up the grievance industry.

What ever happened to the “rape is about violence” storyline? Now, that one I understood. Tagging rape as violence made it more readily legislated and prosecuted.

Just thought I’d bring that up since seeing a women identify the rape grievance industry gives me hope.

Neglected to note that I was going to adopt this Rape Grievance Industry term, and use the acronym RGI.

For me, mental health issues don't excuse those who intentionally and consciously make false claims. There's a world difference between someone who is schizophrenic versus someone with a personality disorder. Ask a psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, or nurse who has had to deal with patients with Borderline Personality Disorder who cut themselves or patients with Munchausen's Syndrome http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C3%BCnchausen_syndrome if they have sympathy for such individuals.

See:
http://www.forensic-psych.com/articles/artNYTimesPretender072099.php

From the article above:
"The syndrome differs from hypochondria, which is not a factitious disorder: hypochondriacs think they are sick, whereas Munchausen patients know they are not. And it is not the same as the factitious disorder malingering, because malingerers play sick to get out of work, obtain drugs or collect insurance, while Munchausen patients are in it strictly for attention."

Also:

"Some people with the syndrome.... simply make up stories and act out symptoms. Several have caused commercial flights to make unscheduled landings so they could be rushed to hospitals for emergency treatment.

Others go to extraordinary lengths to make themselves ill. They bleed themselves, take laxatives, inject saliva or feces to cause infections or secretly take powerful drugs like insulin that they do not need. They have hidden syringes under their mattresses, dangled them outside hospital windows on string or slipped them into the hems of their clothing. Dr. Feldman said he encountered a patient who had introduced drain cleaner into her bladder, where it did so much damage that the bladder had to removed. Another, described in his book, injected yeast and cornstarch into her veins to make herself sick, but the substances formed lumps that lodged in her lungs and killed her.

Psychiatrists say that Munchausen patients long for attention, nurturing, care and concern, and do not know how to find them in healthy ways. Some patients may also be a bit sadistic, Dr. Feldman said, and take "duping delight" in tricking others, especially doctors.

"Doctors hate being played for fools," he said, adding that many despise Munchausen patients, for manipulating them, wasting their time and making them appear incompetent. Dealing with such patients, many doctors feel they cannot win: if they withhold treatment, the patient may sue, but if they offer treatment and it turns out to have been unnecessary, the patient may still sue.

"Probably no other diagnosis is viewed as so contemptible," Dr. Feldman said. "

For those who are truly suffering from mental illnesses requiring pharmacological intervention, such as in schizophrenia, I have a lot of sympathy because very often they are indigent and can't afford their medications and become frequent flyers in treatment facilities.

We probably won't ever get an answer in the this particular story as to the false accuser's mental status.

RGI = rape grievance industry
FRS = false rape society
FRA = false rape accusation, false rape accuser
RGF = radical gender feminist
LE = law enforcement

we'll have our own dictionary soon, I reckon!

http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/3479094/Year-of-hell-after-false-rape-claim

A Mangakino man falsely accused of raping a 14-year-old girl says the stigma is something he'll never be able to shake.

Leonard Joseph, 42, is a shattered man. The pain and distress the ordeal have caused him and his family are evident on his face as he relives his "year of hell".

Mr Joseph was last week acquitted at the High Court in Rotorua on all charges relating to the alleged rape of the 14-year-old Mangakino girl in March, 2009. The charges he faced included abduction, forcibly taking a minor and rape.

The jury took just seven minutes to come back with a not guilty verdict following a five-day trial.

His mother, Shirley Joseph, broke down in tears as she described that day.

"I stood by my son 100 per cent all the way through this," she said from her Tokoroa home.

"We have gone to hell and back. I knew he wasn't guilty."

The married father of seven said the charges "destroyed him" and all the work he'd been trying to do for the Mangakino community.

He used to spend five nights a week helping the town's youth by teaching kapa haka, hip hop and rugby league teams through a programme called Slam.

But that life came to an abrupt end when he was arrested and confined to his mother's house on a 24-hour curfew.

After a run-in with his accuser and her family he was remanded in custody. He spent 17 weeks in Waikeria Prison before being released on electronic bail.

"That is just one charge you don't want to go to jail for," Mr Joseph said.

He goes silent for a moment, before describing how he was verbally threatened numerous times and watched as other men around him were beaten and raped.

"Mentally it destroys a person. It almost killed me. I used to be confident. I'm sure it will come back, but it's going to take time. I'm afraid to even walk out on the street; usually I just hide away."

Mr Joseph claimed the girl falsely accused him of rape after the police caught her on her way to Tauranga in a car she had stolen from her parents.

She told police she had to leave Mangakino because Mr Joseph raped her.

"I went through a year of hell. But what kept me sane was knowing that one day I'd get her up on the stand. I couldn't say anything until we got to court."

Not only did Mr Joseph suffer because of the lie, his family was also tainted. Mr Joseph said women should think of the consequences before making such accusations.

"It's not just one man that you are doing this to ... it affects everyone. I wouldn't want any man to go through what I've been through."
Ad Feedback

Mr Joseph said he would like to see the girl charged but his barrister Jonathan Temm didn't think it was worth it.

Mr Joseph also had no desire to push for compensation, saying he wanted to put the ordeal behind him.

Mr Temm said the consequences for his client had been "horrific". He said sexual violation cases were not being looked at critically enough before they made it to court.

In Mr Joseph's case the police had written statements from a couple who were asleep in the room at the same time the rape was alleged to have occurred, Mr Temm said.

"So the police knew her version, if not wrong, was at least seriously undermined.

"What happens in these cases is everyone is risk-averse. No-one wants to exercise any discretion as to whether the case will proceed or not."

The officer in charge of the case was not available for comment yesterday.

Hey wait a minute! In college, I was taught that a woman would never, ever, ever, ever lie about rape! They lied to me!

For those that don't know about Maori culture:

It's just another case of a man whose good deeds for the community didn't go unpunished. The moral of the story: As a man, if you work with or volunteer your time to serve women or children -- you make yourself a target of false accusations. Don't do it! The best defense is never be there.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, no kidding. But men these days can't wait to throw away their rights so that they can look good in front of women, so lots of luck convincing them that it isn't safe to volunteer (although it isn't).

oh and the stupid comments there, especially if a dark side exists in him.Oh must exist in a man, isn't it possible that the dark side exists in the false accuser?
A dark side can exist in anyone.
Shit needs to be proved properly,he went through a polygraph and didn't fail it,she refused a rape kit which is suspicious and i don't see why she even has the right to refuse it when such an allegation is made that could destroy the life of an innocent if they would lack proof and still go through with it or find out that he raped her really.
Reffusing a rape kit shouldn't be a right allowed for all the innocent we could save with such a kit.

Anon @7.26: I did not say that most females make false rape allegations but merely that they basically think like children. Probably less than 1 % make false allegations about rape but since almost all of them are false that's a few hundred thousand false allegations. And just because a female has not made a false allegation does not mean she is not capable of it under the right conditions.

scott said...

The bottom line here folks is the changes to law enforcement protocol over the last 20 years when dealing with accusations of rape, have fostered a culture of false rape accusations.
Is there anyone man enough in this broken patriarchy to tell these girls.."Hey, listen..A rape accusation is a very serious accusation, and if you falsely accuse someone of it, you have to be held accountable for it."

Anonymous said...

That's right! It's time to man-up and demand accountability.

I have known people who would falsely accuse others over the years.

To me they are so of the lowest scum and should be treated like the criminals that they are.

Sex offender registry and prison terms should be automatic.

It's not most females, it's "most females who make false allegations" that "think like children."

Anyone that would lie or falsely accuse someone of committing a crime that is judged by society as being second only to murder is irrational, unreasonable, and illogical; and they dealing purely on caprice and unrestrained emotion -- sounds like a kid to me!

I've known plenty of women who are intelligent, rational, logical, reasonable, and not prone to being dramatic or to act like martyrs. They think critically, are fair-minded, and are aware of their biases and try as far as possible to minimize their prejudices on important subjects. They address issues rather than attack people. They exist! But they are rare. And, oh, so precious. :)

I think women in the Anglosphere that have been tainted and indoctrinated into gender feminist beliefs and values, tend to be child-like and irrational. BUT! There are women in the US and the UK and in Australia and New Zealand that are as I described previously. Get outside of the English speaking world as an expat and you'll see that there are women in the world who value men and don't want to crucify them on the cross of feminism -- entire countries full of women who act and think and feel in ways that uplift men and hold them in high esteem. They are not child-like at all. I've met them. :)

Anonymous said...

Feminism appears to be the dominant belief system in the west. The sad thing is that it isn't even recognized as a belief system.

Basically, any suggestion that women are less than 100% perfect is immediately reacted to with sarcasm and derision by our thoughtless, pseudo-intellectual establishment.
