"We will continue to bring prosecutions for attempting to pervert the course of justice in cases of false allegations of rape. Genuine rape victims need to know that we take their complaints extremely seriously and every attempt will be made to reveal evidence to support them. This case was not only brought to protect the integrity of rape victims but also to demonstrate the devastating effects false allegations can have."

No-one can stop what the perverts have started...which is a false rape accusation explosion.
Pretty soon if the same law enforcement protocol is kept going, a Rape accusation will be near meaningless.

If Gail Sherwood is innocent, then she's the first innocent woman jailed in the U.K that I've ever heard of.
Women are never thrown in the clink with the same indifference as men. Juries don't bring guilty verdicts against any woman if there is the slightest chance she may be telling the truth.
If juries don't believe her, the prosecutor goes after her and the judge gives her jail time, she's more likely to be guilty than Judas.

They could file a lawsuit, but it would either get dismissed or would not be worth the hassle. Most people do not have money, so suing someone for damages would only be for show.
I'm sick of this shit! I was falsely accused of rape by my ex who happens to be the mother of our two children aged 7 and 4 and who also happens to be a state diagonosed paranoid schizophrenic! This person who has lied systematically from day one has got away with this shit even though it's ALL lies! There is no law in Ireland forbidding this shit. To make matters worse she and that whore of a bitch mother of hers are regularly beating my children day and night yet when I've complained to the authorities about it they state that I in fact have coached my kids to say these things and that they believe the two lunatics! I'm in the courts fighting for my kids as I write this where she has full custody and I'm seem as scum because I had a few scrapes with the law which amount to 3 public order charges and 2 ABH charges, one in 1982 and one 1998 which have nothing to do with kids yet the social workers cunts that they are state that I'm pure shit and should be kept from my kids! My kids are telling at every access of different kinds of mental, emotional and physical abuse taking place in that shithouse meted out to them by the lunatics who have taken over the asylum!
