A follow up to our story HERE. Once again, a non-existent punishment that might as well be nothing. How does probation punish her so she doesn't make another false allegation? The accuser's a/k/a -- "Vanna Fast Wolf" -- seems to fit her well, though, doesn't it?
Vanna Chief Eagle gets 2 years probation for false rape claim
RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A woman who made false accusations of sexual abuse was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to making a false statement.
Vanna Chief Eagle, also known as Vanna Fast Wolf, faced a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.
Federal prosecutors say the 19-year-old woman from Oglala told an investigator that she and a sibling had been abused and assaulted by a relative when she knew the accusations were false.

Hey wait a minute, I hear all the time that women and girls would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, lie about rape.???
If the average joe is being fed the missinformation (by state and federal funded buerocracies)that women and girls would never lie about rape, when the unfortunate reality is that yes they do in fact lie about rape (but this truth is kept from the public).
Doesn't this missinformation create a legal prejudice against the men and boys who have been falselly accused of a rape.
Nice post as for me. I'd like to read something more concerning that matter. Thanx for giving this data.
