An example of a non-rape

When talking about the prevalence of false rape claims, here's an example of a case that the rape feminists would think should be included in the "rape" column. In fact, if anything, it should be in the non-rape column. But out of respect for our criminal jurisprudence's "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard, the only fair thing would be to take it out of the mix altogehter. We don't know what happened, so it should not be a statistic in discussing false rape claims.

"Araneta lambasted Martinez for suggesting there is a "normal" way for rape victims to behave. "To say she's not credible because she has the strength to move on is absolutely preposterous, and it just about takes us back to the Stone Age," Araneta said.
The fact the woman was able to return to school, attend extracurricular events and resume her social activities "goes to her strength of character," Araneta said."

THIS I have a REAL issue with.

It's as if any behaviour whatsoever exhibited by the accuser is evidence that the rape occurred.

Maybe it is true that some rape victims become withdrawn, others remain outgoing, etc. But the language is couched in terms which suggest that the behaviour itself is evidence of the rape - WHATEVER that behaviour is. Whereas, if we are to think rationally, we can say that post-'rape' behaviour might also indicate that there was no rape. This view is dismissed; apparently, no behaviour exhibited by the accuser can imply a lack of rape; but all behaviour, no matter what it is, implied that a rape occurred.

Total insanity. There's a reason why 'Rape Trauma Syndrome' isn't included in the DSM-IV; Rape Trauma Syndrome assumes its own conclusion - that a rape transpired - and then shapes the evidence around this. Any serious investigation into the truth can only draw a conclusion after all the available evidence has been considered. To do so beforehand, and then to re-interpret evidence in accordance with the preferred meta-narrative, is not a legitimate path to uncovering the truth.

I have seen first hand the current law enforcement practice of redefining what the meaning of is, is, in order to manufacture faulty and inflammatory misinformation.
My false rape claim was simply "redefined" in the law enforcement records as "unfounded"...when their was absolutely no doubts that the rape was a fabrication.
This redefinition of terms continues to feed the gender feminist / law enforcement misinformation Alliance..and their "agenda".

And if you can prove your innocence for the day you are accused of these crimes, Law Enforcement just changes the date of the alleged crime.

"and justice for all" Not!

"There is 'absolutely no doubt' the woman was traumatized by the incident"

Note the loaded language with the word incident - one that is used repeatedly throughout the article. Even such a word which ostensibly aspires to neutrality reflects a slight bias in favor of the accuser.

And let's not forget that innocent or guilty this guy gets his whole life and reputation trashed while she gets to remain anonymous...and may have collected some money for being a "victim".

Also having been around drunk women in my life that I had to just about pry off of me....when I hear these "drunk girl" type of "rapes" I often wonder if the woman was the aggressor then plays the "victim".
