As a falsely accused, and still anonymous, regular visitor I wish everyone the best of holidays. For the falsely accused: I wish you solace and a quick passing to your suffering and that next Christmas finds you no-billed or acquitted or your cases dismissed.
The greatest gift this site gives me, as someone who was falselly accussed of a rape that never happened..was it made me feel like i was not alone anymore, and that was a huge relief!!

A reminder for the new year 2010 -
False Rape is not a choice....
False Rape is not a right....
False Rape is not empowerment....
False Rape is not a means to an end....
If you are lurking on this site right now and have been secretly thinking or planning to falsify rape charges against someone for whatever reason(s), please think again. False Rape is a crime, is political, is very selfish and is wrong. Take the time now to brainstorm to find out the real reasons why you feel the way you do towards this person. You might learn something about yourself before it's too late. Remember, false rape is just as bad as rape.
Stop False Rape.
This organisation should make an effort to act as journalists, and seek out stories from men/ boys falselly acussed of rape. Get some of the higher profile cases that make the news..for this effort may raise the readership at this site, and in turn help raise awareness to the hidden side of the rape hysteria juggernaut.

I quote from his posts on this site referring to the UK.

Not True.
Firstly, some 20% of rape allegations in the UK do, indeed, make it to court.
Secondly, I think that even people with only a rudimentary knowledge of the law would appreciate that those cases that do not make it to the courtroom are not necessarily 'demonstrably false'.
In fact, in most of these cases, the CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE simply believes that there is just not enough evidence to convict.
This is hardly the same as being 'demonstrably false'.
As for his inappropriate use of the phrase "by definition", it seems that he doesn't actually know what it means.
All in all, I think that you can assume that his knowledge of the UK's legal system when it comes to rape is somewhat lacking.

And, brain the size of a planet, why do you think, despite vast police investigation, that there is STILL NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO CONVICT?
Because the guy is innocent.
"Innocent until PROVEN guilty"
Maybe you have heard of that quirky legal concept...

My false rape accusation..which had mounds of evidence to prove it was a totally fabricated story..was also labeled by the law enforcement; not as a false rape accussation, but as "not enough evidence to convict"
This redefining of what the meaning of is, is, is part of the gender feminist / law enforcement missinformation Alliance.
This "missinformation Alliance" for cash and VAWA funds.. will not stand the test of time, and in the future will be seen as the perversion of the course of justice that it is.
