Canfield girl recants rape accusation
CANFIELD — A monthlong rape investigation has ended after the victim recanted her accusation.
Canfield police began investigating the alleged rape of a 14-year-old Canfield Middle School girl at the beginning of November. A teacher at the school had approached the district’s police officer, Paul Lasky, with information about the alleged incident, according to police reports.
The accuser told the teacher she was attacked by a 16-year-old male juvenile in mid-August on the bike path in Canfield.
The case was closed Friday after the accuser admitted to police that she was not raped. She told detectives she and the teen boy were on the bike path together where they briefly engaged in consensual sexual intercourse.
The girl said she made up the rape allegation because she was angry with him for not wanting to be in a relationship with her, according to a police report.
No criminal charges will be filed, and the case has been turned over to the Canfield Juvenile Division for assessment of the filing of a false police report by the accuser.

Welcome to the girls of the gender / raunch generation. They think it's just "soomething to do", when they make false rape accusations.

Note that the article doesn't give the name (i.e. gender) of the doctor. Hmmm...
”She told detectives she and the teen boy were on the bike path together where they briefly engaged in consensual sexual intercourse.

We hear quite often, even from feminists, that young women (and even underage girls) often have sex in the hopes of securing a relationship. While it’s not a very good “strategy” for them to employ, there is little doubt that they often do just that.
Thus, it seems little wonder that, when spurned in their relationship designs after having consented (often even initiating it), that they would become angry – angry enough to cry rape.
While I realize that many here have already been bored to tears by my frequent retelling of the account, this story parallels my own wife’s introduction (as a prosecutor) to the power of jilted girls using an FRA for revenge.
I believe that the two similar set of circumstances serve very well to highlight the “revenge” angle that is quite often underlying an FRA.
Fortunately in this case it appears that the boys account of the incident was given more appropriate weight, and caused the investigators to re-interview the accuser, perhaps in a bit more of a challenging manner, causing her to crack. This stands in stark contrast to the case in which my wife was the one who ultimately got the accuser to recant. In that instance, police did not believe the young man’s side of the story – that the sex was entirely consensual, and initiated by the girl – and the accusers lies were allowed to prevail up until the eve of trial.
The account of the story above never goes so far as to suggest that authorities (police, prosecutors, nor even school officials) are even considering punishing the false accuser. If they were to give their reasons, those reason would likely comport the “standard” line regarding the poor girls troubled emotional state. [of course young men and boys are never given such license to jeopardize the lives of others whenever they suffer some emotional distress in their lives.]
Do you know what?
Some women lie....
