Sindisiwe Buthelezi pleads guilty to false rape claim
The Folweni woman who recently claimed she had been kidnapped and repeatedly raped, on Monday pleaded guilty to the charges against her at the Empangeni District Court.
Sindisiwe Buthelezi, 34, was charged with defeating the ends of justice as well as contravening the provisions of the Commissioners of Oaths Act. She pleaded guilty on Monday and was convicted.
Buthelezi had earlier reported to police that she had been in Durban when she was picked up by someone who promised her a job in Isipingo.
She told police the person did not take the Isipingo turn-off, but drove to Umzinto and dropped her off with three men in a bakkie, where there were two other women, before being taken to an unknown area. She said their faces had been covered and she had not been able see where they were going.
Buthelezi said they had been taken to the bush where she had been repeatedly raped and forced to cook human heads. She claimed to have escaped the next day
During the "kidnapping", she managed to keep contact with her family using a cellphone she had hidden from her so-called kidnappers and rapists.
After an extensive investigation by the Richards Bay organised crime unit, police established that she had fabricated her story and arrested her.
Police spokesman Senior Superintendent Jay Naicker said Buthelezi would remain in police custody until her sentencing on November 18.

First, exactly where do you see, on this site, that we are limited to the U.S.? We post news stories on false accusations of sexual assault and rape. Seeing as we are able to post, on average, more than 1 story a day, I would say they are anything but rare.
This site is dedicated to showing that women DO lie about rape, it happens frequently, and this isn't a support site for rape victims.

And again (I'll type slowly for you), we don't deal with rape here. We deal with false accsations of rape. We have run stories from across the planet, from America to Zimbabwe, on false rape.
False accusations of rape are rampant worldwide, and are a serious problem. But again, you can feel free to minimize it if you wish. You do more to convince those on the sidelines, of just how callous and unfeeling people are toward the falsely accused. You do more to get our message out, than we ever could. Thank you.

According to feminists that's actually a low number. They like to skew the numbers a bit to further their agenda. To them it's more like 200,000 - 300,000 which of course is a lie.

The legal system and society in general don't treat false rape accusations as equal to rape. It comes from 40 years of academic feminism and the pseudo-intellectuals who have been to able to penetrate and influence the legal system into supporting the lie that rapes happen every three seconds and most of them go unreported. Their obsession with rape and victimhood comes before food, shelter and even clothing. Most of these people are mentally ill.

First, those are reported rapes, not actual rapes. Second, if they are unreported, how do you know how many there are? You don't know what you don't know. Third, where do you get the 'one per day' stat?
Law enforcement doesn't keep accurate stats on FRA's. They either don't record them, or lump them in to the "unfounded" category, with no delineation that they are in fact, lies.
The best studies on it, by Kanin and McDowell, both put the rate well above the 8-15% that the DOJ currently rates FRA's at. By that count, of the 89,000, then 7120-13350 (8-15%) of those are false. That's much more than 'one per day'. It equates to 19-36 per day. That's fairly significant in my book.
We have stories set to run for close to a month and a half right now. I could easily set those to run on the day they come out. That would push our daily total to up to about 3-4 a day. And those are just the one's that are published.
Ultimately, this is a site, that highlights the issue of FRA's, and is a place that those who have experienced an FRA can come to for support. I don't give a damn if you like it or not. I'm not here to please you, or answer to you (I've already wasted too much time on this).
If you believe that FRA's aren't a problem, then why do you even waste time stopping by? And, can you please explain why you continue to insult and minimize what they have been through?

Because of surveys that have been conducted that target college-age women. Surveys also target alumni women. Surveys also target women in general. Do you think they're ALL lying?
Here's a reply regarding a trusted school teacher who raped a 13 year old student:

Now, in reference to the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, which you apparently believe to be a sham, 89,000 women were raped. The report does not mention "reported raped" -- it says rape -- Forcible Rape.
