Very well said.
Unsurprising that feminists get off on violence against men.
They will still come here, telling us that we should concern ourselves with violence against women, though.
LOL!
Right, Snark. They lack all credibility in their zeal to place violence against women on a pedestal when they start this nonsense.
Okay gentlemen, I have had to bite my tongue all day since reading Ms Kalson’s article, so as not to bleed to death, I will now give you my take. The only part of this that is the least bit credible is the first line of course it is none of my business, but she chooses not to stop there, bad choice. Not only is she acknowledging that domestic violence took place, but admits she would enjoy watching. One spouse physically hurting another is not a peep show, but an agonizing incident. Be that it was an aspiring fashion model wife hitting her billionaire husband with a golf club for his indiscretions, makes it no more acceptable than if the roles were reversed. If this type of action becomes the standard, then everything I taught my daughters and son about mutual respect, consideration and compassions
whoops, the bottom was cut off, must be the lack of blood. I intended to say my teachings were for not.
Mary, this sort of nonsense is typical of our major dailies' token feminists. They say these stupid things, most people roll their eyes and move on to important things. I happen to think that the writer of the piece is among the very best, and he stated it in a way that can't be argued with.
I remember commenting on a news report of a man here in Nashville who was the victim of domestic violence but who's suffering was minimalized by the msm. I not only made comments but also provided links to credible and unbiased sources to back up my comments.
Another poster, I presume the poster was a male, stated " Look dude, nobody is going to listen to what you have to say or take you seriously as long as there is violence against women".
I replied; " Even if violence against women became non existant, there would still be nothing done to stop violence against men".
There were no replies or comments made and the topic was deleted.
It appears nobody cares about males as victims of any type of violence. The police who responded to the man's call gave him two choices; Leave his own home or, go to jail for a domestic violence incident.
Here is another example of a double standard. Imagine the genders reversed and tell me if you think this would be allowed on television.

I probably should have issued a warning about nudity in the commercial but, I think it demonstrates how acceptable it is to not only depict a violent act committed on a man but, also demonstrates how acceptable it is to objectify a man as something to be assaulted/abused.

An innocent man, who suffered months of abuse in a Lancashire community after false claims he was a paedophile, has died of a heart attack.
Two girls alleged Bryan Davies, 63, had sexually touched them in August - but police found their claims were false and had no foundation.
His wife Debbie Davies believes the subsequent hate campaign in Accrington caused his death on Friday.
Police said they were continuing to provide support to the family.
"The doctor told me my husband died of a massive heart attack," Mrs Davies, 43, said.
"As far as I am concerned those girls are responsible for what happened to Bryan.

Archivist, your right, his reply was great.
Afor,
Thanks for the link. It's set to run.
Yes,they are responsible that man's death, AFOR.
Feminists more than likely, based on their reputation, still consider the girls to be victims even though They are criminals.
