Police: Largo woman in relationship triangle falsely claimed rape

Another one that falls under Kanin. And I do love how the media makes it seem that the triangle was a planned thing. I'm sure the boyfriend wasn't happy or agreeable to it.

Woman falsely claims rape to cover up cheating

LARGO - A 20-year-old Largo woman was arrested Tuesday after her boyfriend found her with another man at her home, and she falsely claimed the man was raping her, according to Largo police.

Coffii Ann Castellion, of 605 16th Ave. N.W., lot 1, was charged with making a false report to a law enforcement officer.

A Largo police officer came upon a disturbance at 16th Street and Clearwater-Largo Road at about the same time dispatchers received a call regarding a sexual assault, according to Largo police.

The officer listened as Castellion told him she was the victim of a sexual assault, and he thought there was more to it, so he had Castellion and the alleged suspect transported to the police station for further interviewing.

Within an hour, Castellion admitted the sexual battery was bogus, Largo police said. She said her boyfriend had recently been released from the Pinellas County Jail and caught her with another man at her home. She also believed that by filing a sexual battery report she could receive some medical treatment related to her recent sexual activity, Largo police said.

Thanks to one of our readers for the tip.

This report, the link to the article (listing the woman's name and address and, the link to this site have been posted to a blgo in the Largo area. Men in that area need to know who this woman is.

Think of how willing this woman was to destroy her lover. This, to me, is the most disgusting aspect of reading these stories. To her, he was no better than garbage, ready to be disposed of.

It's important that we remember that he, of course, is a living human being, a guy like a lot of us. Probably the same age as a lot of our readers. Someone who is probably loved by his parents, his grandparents, his aunts and uncles, his brother and sisters. And presumably, Ms. Castellion and he have enjoyed time together, because that's usually how these things play out. He's probably done things for her to make her happy.

Then, she has no problem desroying his entire life. And for what? So she can lie to her boyfriend.

I would bet money that the lover didn't realize Ms. Castellion still had a thing for her boyfriend. My guess is she lied to him, too -- either by not telling him anything about the boyfriend or by insisting it was over.

All of this is speculation, but it's important when we read these stories to remember these victims are not characters in a romance novel. They are flesh and blood guys like us. Guys who love certain kinds of pizza, who have a favorite television program, and who can't sleep some nights. Guys with hopes and dreams and a busy life, just like us.

And a lot of them have it all taken away from them because evil young women decide their lives aren't worth as much as whatever the evil young women want.

Archivist - ”Think of how willing this woman was to destroy her lover.”

It never ceases to amaze me just how willing women are to “turn” on their lovers (almost as easily as they “turn” on loved-ones). And all for nothing more than the sake of their own reputations (which, frankly, aren't worth the trouble of protecting).

And, they always seem to think that their lover cares so much about them, that he will be willing to take the “fall” for her – even go to jail for her – just to defend her (dis)honor. And, as a sign of their go faith towards their lovers, these women show their appreciation and care for them by blaming them and making FRA's. Nice!

Worst of all are those women who, when caught in flagrante delicto, tell their partners that they are being raped – then stand back and watch the men go at it. I recall a couple of instance in which husbands have killed their wives lovers when their wives lied to them that their lovers were actually raping them.

Here, again, in this story it seems the women gets caught, claims her lover is her rapist, for no other reason than to avoid having to tell the truth about having been unfaithful. Can you imagine a man, so caught, trying to claim he was being raped? Not only would he be despised him as the cheating bastard, he'd be hated as the coward who would turn on his lover to save his own skin.

Yet, as we know all to well, a woman in this situation can expect plenty of sympathy from other women – perhaps even a few, ”You go Grrl!” remarks, as well.

I trust I was not alone in noticing that, when they were still around, the contingent of trolls would NEVER comment on these types of stories?

As I've mentioned in other threads, I truly believe that, when it is known, a woman's motives for an FRA need to be published. When people know why she would do it, they have little trouble believing that it was a lie. And even the most ardent FRA-apologists find no way to “spin” those stories with their “we don't know what really happened, she could have been raped, and the police are just incompetent”, BS.

If more stories detailed the reasons women lie so frequently about being raped, the public at large would gain a better understanding than feminists would like them to have about this very serious issue.
