So, she was drinking underage, and gave false identification, so she alleged that she was raped by an University Police Officer. Anyone who doesn't think that our institutions of higher learning don't foment the "false rape culture," I respond..... "you've been asleep."
One last question: since colleges like to nail the accused with disciplinary action, will they pursue the same against this young woman? Somehow I doubt it.
Student to face false rape charge
State police have charged a Lehigh University student with filing a false report claiming she was raped by a university police officer after police charged her with underage drinking.
Brielynne R. Neumann, 19, of Shrewsbury, Mass., was charged by Bethlehem police early Friday morning when she was found passed out along University Drive. Police said she was intoxicated and gave a false name.
Neumann said she had been raped by a Lehigh University police officer and later changed the allegation to claim an attempted sexual assault by an undercover Lehigh University police officer, according to a state police report.
State police said Neuman had fabricated both allegations.
Neumann, who could not be reached for comment, is charged with filing a false police report, underage drinking, public drunkenness and false identification to police.

The problem is that there are way too many cops, and D.A.s, who are willing to "roll the dice" with men's lives even if they don't have substantial reason to be sure about his guiltt. They are content to leave it up to the jury to decide. Have you ever SEEN the average jury? Not to be critical, because I've been called for jury duty several times, but most of the people who end up on juries are not the kind of people I'd trust to figure out a restaurant tip.

You missed her point, if the jury were so heavily brainwashed by feminists it wouldn't matter that the claim was false. They'd be protecting women, so it would be ok.
