Heather Nicole Wells charged with felony filing of false report.
A Hot Springs woman alleged to have falsely claimed she was raped in June pleaded not guilty Monday to a felony count of filing a false report with law enforcement.
Heather Nicole Wells, 24, who lists an address of 513 Cones Road, was appointed a public defender at her trial, now scheduled for Dec. 3.
If convicted, she could face up to six years in prison.
According to the affidavit, on June 17, shortly before 6 p.m., Wells reported she was assaulted in the parking lot of St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center, located at 300 Werner Drive.

Normal biz. Of the four young men accused...They had been arrested, arraigned and jailed, with bail set at $500,000 each. Each was facing five counts of first-degree rape. They have presumably spent several days in prison.
The CNN article NAMES the originally accused but not the false accuser.

Note that you have named the original accused but provided the original accuser with anonymity.
Therefore you have named innocent individuals connecting them with a "rape" for all posterity but not named the actual wrongdoer.
Imagine if every time you put your own name in google the word "rape" cropped up beside it? This is for the remainder of those young mens' lives too.

maybe its a felony because the boy she made the accusation against was beat to death over it.
I recall our in house hog(she knows who she is), state that "when boys get beat to death over false rape accusations..it may be wrong..BUT IT DOESN"T REACH THE LEVEL WHERE SHE SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING."
This statement is a statement that could only come from a callous women, and i believe America is being forced to live in the current barbaric "FORCED MATRIARCHY".
Esther Vilar in her bestseller "The manipulated man"..states that women are simply more callous then men are..biologically, and socially...and it is the near perversion of myn over the last 50 years to insist otherwise.
By forceing America into a perpetual matriarchy, America can be matriarchally callous towards Americans.
She must have really fucked up to get charged with a felony. They almost never do that.
