Nothing will challenge the misinformation / rape hysteria/ lynch beast....But the truth.

It is now a constitutional issue that the law enforcement community is redefining what the meaning of is, is, in order to manufacture the misinformation that only 2% of all rape accusations are false, when the reality is that around 50% of all rape accusations are just stories!!

The authorities and lame stream media fell for the story hook, line, and sinker-not to mention swallowing the rod & reel while they were at it!

Shame on everybody who appears in that video for enabling a false rape accuser. This journalist didn't bother to ask so much as a single question about the credibility of this case, which is why the lives of these young men are now destroyed.

Shame on the prosecutor, shame on the reporter, and shame on everybody who believed this. Next time demand some proof -- the same level of proof you would want others to demand if your father were accused of the same thing.

Has anyone else noticed how this whole case has just dropped out of sight? There were dozens of articles calling these guys "rapists" and splashing their names and faces all over the media, but now that the woman has been proven to be a liar the silence is deafening.

It reminds me of the old SNL series of skits with Emily Litella - "Oh, that wasn't true at all? Well, never mind."

I noticed that too. This case once it was false just disappeared. I'm waiting to see if she even gets charged with anything.

I think Kathy Rice has her back.

The matriarchy in action. As soon as one of their agents in their ongoing campaign to destroy men gets outed, the old grrls club circles the wagons, buries the story, and sets the stage for excuses to get her off the hook - "a very troubled young woman." Of course, we know that after 10,000 years of "oppression of women" that no man can ever go through any sort of troubling experience.

a family friend who did not want to give her name described the woman as an American-born child of immigrant parents who had a 'structured' upbringing with 'very, very, very involved parents.'"

Oh, the horror, the horror!! :O Having 'very, very, very involved parents.' What more evidence of "oppression" could one ask for? (<-sarcasm alert, this is the web, after all)

I'm with Pierce on this one - men need to take this incident and hammer it for all it is worth. Everything this blog is about is here in this one case. The rape-lie apologists will be out in force trying to cover this up and make it go away, so we have to do what we can to prevent that from happening.

The new feminist defense: change the subject to "rape culture." Whatever the fuck that's supposed to be.

As best as I can figure out, "rape culture" just means "the culture of men." Like Hitler, the victim feminists tie culture to biology, and claim that the sky will fall if men are allowed to continue having any part of it. Furthermore, false rape accusations are magically being caused by "rape culture," just like rapes!

Needless to say, all of this is pure scapegoating.

There is no evidence that culture causes crime at all. It is far more logical and common sensical to conclude that false rape accusations are happening because our system doesn't punish the criminals.

Basically, the feminists are now claiming that false rape accusations must somehow be the fault of men having too much power, because nothing can ever be the fault of a woman.

This girl is just doing what gender raunch feminism NOW teaches young girls..TO BE SEXUALLY LIBERATED!!
These liberated raunch girls are having sex with baseball + soccer teams..but when their friends find out the next day..they want to call it rape (which it was not).
Raunch culture feminism wants to "liberate" these women...but then not teach them how to effectively deal with the choices that a "sexually liberated" girl makes.

LIE DETECTOR #2

We can trust the legal system to uphold laws and to fully prosecute false rape.

"alleged" is not part of the stupid pig reporter's vocabulary. Also note her whiney 'victim' demeanor.

I can't even watch it. It makes my blood boil. Why isn't SHE getting raked over the coals for ruining these young boys lives.

It makes me sick to my stomach...

Because she is a woman, AND a victim. But, I repeat myself. And, as we all know, you can't blame a victim, any victim.

Of all the things I've ever posted on this site that didn't result in the death of a falsely accused man or boy, this is easily the most disgusting.

Always darkest before the dawn.

I think they are attempting to ratchet up the rape hysteria because they see the tax dollars that fund their victimocracy going to help the REAL victims.

Notice how they went from denying that false rape allegations are ever made, to saying they are made, but are rare,to now admitting they are a widespread phenomenon but blaming it on (you guessed it!) men,the "patriarchy",and "rape culture".

This is significant, it means we have them twisting themselves into logical pretzels to excuse predatory female criminals. In public,no less.

This situation is untenable for them. It won't be long before they are forced to choose between "have your cake" and "eat it too" on this issue.

I think they will have to give up and admit that there are women who make false rape allegations for various PERSONAL reasons, attention and blame-deflecting being among them.

Like a wolf caught in a trap, they will chew this leg of theirs off to keep the rest of the feminist beast intact.

We can count on it.

That probably should be thus,to avoid confusion:

Yes, you can smell the desperation. Something which I find interesting is that the whole lame-stream media is losing its iron grip on information flow and public opinion molding. On that bastion of left-wing moonbattery, Huffingtonpost - of all places - the comments were running decidedly against the girl.

Yes, there were a few rape-lie apologists in there tried the tired old games like "Well, we REALLY DON'T KNOW what happened..." (Horse manure! There is a video that shows EXACTLY what happened.) But, the mood of the mob is surly and they are quite ready to stone the lying beyotch. Joe Public is getting mightily fed up with this nonsense, and the public outcry has led at least one candidate for prosecutor of Nassau County (a woman, no less) to come out with a very strongly worded statement that the girl MUST be charged.

I would love it if John Stewart got hold of this and skewered it the same way he did the Acorn Prostitution/Tax-Evasion video.

Things are changing, but that just means it is time to turn up the heat and not get complacent and allow the rape-abuse-divorce complex to sweep this under the rug.
