The legal system and the media operate the same way: one size fits all; treat all rape accusers as equally credible; ask no questions.
The only way to prevent tragedies like this is to raise the bar and demand a very high level of proof before proceeding with rape charges -- but that isn't going to happen. Instead we'll continue having a system of "take her word for it."
Instead we'll continue having a system of "take her word for it."
Demanding "proof" would take away women's ability to destroy men's lives with a lie, which they effectively use to keep men in a state of fear of angering them. That is the last thing they are going to allow to happen.
It's best for all men to simply treat all women as "potential" false accusers, in the same way that "Wimmins's Studdeees" teaches women to regard all men as "potential rapists."
"Women(andchildren) first, after that, it's every man for himself."
It's a jungle out there, y'all be careful.
LIE DETECTOR #3
We can trust the media to be impartial when reporting a rape story.
FALSE
Quite true. If they can falsely accuse us any time they want while we are incapable of doing the same to them then we obviously aren't equal. The power to falsely accuse is leverage.
