I'm glad to say that it didn't work any better the second time. In the first instance, 3 men spent time in jail. So should she.

A WOMAN who cried rape has pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice.
Beverley Stephenson told police she was attacked by three men who burst into her home, Durham Crown Court heard.Three men were arrested and each spent several hours in police cells before detectives concluded Stephenson was not telling the truth.
She was spoken to again and this time said she had been attacked by a man she met over the internet.
Prosecuting, Amanda Rippon told the court: "Her second account was that she had invited the man she met on the internet to her house.
"They had coffee together and she claimed he then became overly-familiar.
"The prosecution simply cannot accept this woman has been raped, although it may be she will have to be sentenced on the basis she lied about the circumstances."
Stephenson, 42, of Eighth Street, Horden, admitted perverting the course of justice between April 5 and May 14 last year.
Alexia Zimbler, defending, applied for a pre-sentence report.
"That could normally be done in about three weeks, but Ms Stephenson's mother is seriously ill and the prognosis is not good.
"She lives in America and Ms Stephenson would like to fly out in the next few days to be with her."
Judge Peter Armstrong bailed Stephenson on condition she returns to court to be sentenced on October 26.

But the fact is, these allegations were made 5th April 2008 and 14th May 2008, so the men in nquestion (going by my own experience) were arrested around the 13th April 2008.
It is now September 2009, 17 months later.
17 months is NOT several hours in police cells.
Not even fucking close.

If detectives knew the bitch was lying, there is no point releasing the arrested men on bail, you drop the charges and release them as free men.
The article itself is GROSSLY misleading.
Bail just means you stand a reasonable chance of not being automatically convicted at the trial.
Trust me, bail for rape does not feel like freedom, or innocence, in any way, shape or form.
The ONLY good thing is it means you walk in to court in civvies, which gives you at least some chance of acquital.

Enabling false rape accusers is a perversion..but it brings alot of extra cash into local law enforcement offices.

I'm sorry, but does there really exist any type of medication, psychotherapy, group therapy, brain surgery, religion, diet, exercise, etc., that can get rid of hatred? Seriously. Call these people what they are.
The judge is handling this much better than he would if he were working in the US, but let's wait and see if this doll gets any real time. I wouldn't bet on it.
All charges against these men should be automatically thrown out, they should be automatically compensated, and the police who arrested him should have their careers temporarily put on hold as an investigation is done to determine why they were arrested in the first place. Obviously there was never any real evidence that they had done anything.
One way to discourage these frivolous arrests would be to force the DA's office to pick up the tab for the legal fees of the men they fail to convict. Then they would have an incentive to at least pretend to be responsible.

I spent some years competing at international level as an athlete. I've seen something of the "fishbowl" that elite athletes live in.
Reality is that they do not need to rape. There is no shortage of available women with stars in their eyes who make no secret of THEIR intent. Indeed the behaviour of some of those women would lead you to label THEM rapists were they male.
It's not all that long ago I saw a news clip involving a Queensland woman who has spent over a decade in prison for a rape and murder she committed with her husband. This is an individual who probably had a good case that she was coerced into it. She is dying of cancer. When she's being transported to hospital there is a crowd of over a hundred hurling abuse at her. That mob is more frightening to me than she ever could be.
And then we have the mob here.
I wonder how many of the uncouth, bald, middle aged fans or the athletes they follow - no matter how poor their dress sense - spend their time advocating gendercide or wholsale neutering of girls at birth.
We all have our tribal affiliations and our various bigotries are often exposed by them.

Think for just a moment about the men who have admitted guilt, been convicted and served their time in prison.
They will ALWAYS be labelled as sex offenders. There's no way around it.
They can't get a job, and they are shunned by their community. Many are broke, and everybody knows where they live.
Even if the scenario is a "he said/she said" type conviction, it doesn't matter. He is thrown into the category of "violent offenders".
I know that for a fact. I communicate with one such person. We are an ODD email pair. He is an offender and I am a victim, but we have found a middle ground.
Lesson here is that the MRAs and radical fems must find a way to compromise.

I don't think there is much room for compromise between us and radical feminists, and it's unfortunate that some MRAs feel the need to seek common ground with them. Their ideology is so twisted, so divorced from reality and so hate-based that they can never be convinced to support anything beyond their own narcissistic agenda. Feminism is a bastardized Marxism for middle class women, in which they are the eternal victim-heroes destined to overthrow men and all of our evil works. You don't compromise with that kind of radicalism.
It isn't a matter of them being a little to the left of the fence and us being a little to the right. They are just wrong. They reject punishment for perjurers who destroy innocent lives, they reject a fair trial for innocent men who have been accused with no evidence, they deny the central importance of the traditional family, they insist on double standards and scapegoating men. You don't negotiate with this pathology -- you just overcome it.

I just gave you an example of how it can be done, using myself as an example. If *I*, as a victim, can communicate with an admitted rapist, why can't the MRAs communicate with the radical fems?
Seems so simple to me. There we were ... TWO people on opposite sides of the fence who were willing to BEND and make an effort to understand each other. Two people that abhore both false rape accusations and rape.
I'd rather let the rapist and the feminists communicate, and spend my time communicating with those who belong to neither type of crazy.

You need to go over and read that allecto football link posted in the 1:18 comment. Take a look at the very first comment by bonobobabe. That type of thing is tolerated and encouraged by feminists. I have yet to see someone make any such accusation on an MRA/FRM/MRM board, and not get called out on it by someone.
You can't have civil discourse with people who hate, for some percieved oppression. I would be willing to wager that every one of the posters at that link are all middle class and up, economically. And they bitch about how oppressed they are, and how men hate women.

That is the problem. Feminism doesn't recognize false rape. It is a "Myth" to them. It doesn't happen. Women don't lie about rape. The fact that you can say (and maybe mean) that you have a problem with false rape accusations, means you aren't really a feminist. You see, feminism, by it's very name, CAN'T be about equality. And it never has been.
They are a bunch of poor, oppressed upper middle class white women who have never changed a diaper or chopped celery in their lives but are nonetheless enraged that they were expected to in a past life. McKinnon said that sex is to feminism what work was to Marx, and she wasn't kidding. Demonizing men and their sexuality is akin to communists simultaneously glorifying labor while complaining constantly that they are being oppressed when they work.
If upper white middle class gender feminist women,(and their male counterparts)..can keep the victim agitation propaganda at the deafening level it is currently at, they they can remain on top, by de-facto...manufacturing a matriarchal underclass.
At the very least they can continue to co-opt the status of victim group, while indirectly keeping minorities down with their anti-family agenda. Modern feminism got rolling because white women were jealous of the civil rights movement; the feminists wanted to turn the spotlight on themselves.
