Ashley Atkinson arrested for filing false rape report
A Frankfort woman has been arrested after falsely accusing two men of rape, according to the Kentucky State Police.
Ashley Atkinson, 19, was arrested Tuesday for falsely reporting an incident. She is being held at the Franklin County Regional Jail on $2,000 full cash bond.
State troopers responded to a report of a sexual assault at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday. Atkinson told the troopers she had been raped by two men.
During the investigation she confessed that she was lying, according to a release.
If convicted, Atkinson faces up to 12 months in jail.

I believe that the law enforcement community eventually will have no other choice but to charge false rape accusers.
I was the second guy my false rape accuser, falsely a accused of rape in that same year.
If i was severely beaten or killed by that false rape accusation, and the women had a history of false rape acussation...could i sue the police department for not stopping her??
I have read somewhere that charging false rape accusers would deter or even stop their future false rape accusations. Is that not the job of the law enforcement community, in a sane civil society??

She should get the 12 months sentence. You wait, she will get probation.

Plod just arrested me for suspected posession of extreme pron (bestiality) told them why arrest me, cos I have a dick and she has a vagina?
I wouldn't cough (obviously not well enough trained by a woman) so they bail me until June 2010 while they try to get more evidence.
So I ask the custody sergeant, OK, I'm bailed for this porn bullshit until 2010, what about the rape bullshit I came here to answer police bail for?

What does that mean, I ask.

eg they are dropping it, so no more sword of damocles life in prison for rape hanging over my head, just equally bullshit animal porn suspicions....
So, folks, you CAN beat the fucking system, but ONLY by having a specialist lawyer every step of the way BEFORE you open your big mouth.

12 months is not enough. Minimum 4 years of hard prison time is only fair.
Scott- My husband is also the 2nd or 3rd guy the accuser has accused for some type of sexual assault in the past 2-3 years. She is a habitual false accuser!!!!

I'm writing my story up as it enfolds, at the moment it is still developing (though obviously now the rape allegations are toast things are much better) but there is still the child custody aspect (which is REALLY what all this false allegations are about) which I why I am maintaining anonymity for now.

I am anon 3:22. I would love to share my/our story. We do need to remain anonymous because he has not gone to trial, is still in jail due to an exhorbant bond, and is being ignored by the PD.
