This little tidbit illustrates just how well women understand that crying rape is a kind of nuclear option. The fact that this young woman would threaten a police officer who is attempting to keep her safe is yet another example of the entitlement attitude in western countries.
Student threatens to cry rape.
Northeastern student Julia Sanchez, 21, was arrested for disorderly conduct after assaulting an officer posted at the corner of Huntington Avenue and Opera Place.
The road and sidewalk were closed off with police tape and officers were posted to direct all traffic around 337 Huntington Ave.
An officer saw Sanchez walk up to the police tape, lift it up, and walk into the hazardous area.
He called to her, telling her she could not go through there.
She yelled back and continued on. The officer kept calling to her and followed her.
She became extremely disorderly, shoved him, and told him to leave or she would cry, "Rape."
She is due back in court Aug. 25 at Roxbury District Court and has also been reported to the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (OSCCR).

This isn't the sort of thing the feminists talk about. You'd think they'd be proud of this prime example of feminine empowerment.
Since it is not plausible for a male to make a similar threat to a female, this should be classified as a "hate" crime.

You raise an excellent point. Women barely commit crime, much less HATE crime. Or so I am told.
The feminists always claim to speak for women in general, but how many women benefit when a total scumbag of a woman commits a crime like this and gets away with it? Feminists degrade 95% of women while promoting the bottom 5% who behave unethically.
"Women's liberation"? Yeah right! The feminists did more to hurt the interests of women than any other movement in history. Women would be much happier and better off if there had been no "women's movement" -- really just an umbrella for female extremists with a class warfare agenda.

Such a threat can be seen not only as a threat to commit murder ( considering the fact that the accused stands the chance of not only being murdered by a mob but, also being murdered by the accuser's husband or boyfriend or an inmate). It is a terrorist threat considering the terror the accused has to deal with and will have to deal with for the rest of their life.
