Woman threatens to falsely accuse cops of rape, but 'that was not my fault'

According to this story, Racquel Santiago, 28, called the police to complain that neighborhood youngsters had cut her tire. "Because police didn't witness the alleged vandalism, they could not make an arrest, but offered to take a report and refer the matter to a juvenile detective." That wasn't good enough for Santiago, so she became disorderly. She refused to give the police accurate information about her identity, she bit her own arm, and she threatened to kill herself. She was taken into custody, and on the way to the police station she somehow managed to remove her handcuffs. At the station, she tried to hit a police officer "with a large bottle of hand sanitizer."

Oh, and she "threatened she would accuse officers who arrested her of rape." But Santiago has a perfect justification for that: "This was not my fault. I was the one who called the police," Santiago said. "I got aggravated when they told me they couldn't do anything," Santiago told the judge, who set her bond at $500.

That, perhaps, sums up the justification of many false rape accusers as well as anything: "That was not my fault." You see, they are just victims of something that some man did. Their offenses are best treated by counseling and understanding, not jail time, much less significant jail time.

Incidentally, Santiago is pregnant, and tested positive for marijuana.

Gentlemen, when it comes to the false rape claim epidemic, we must know our enemy. The ones who actually tell the lies usually aren't some pathetic, self-righteous Womyn's Studies refugees who hate men and see sexual assault oozing from every crevice (that group, however, plays a significant role in enabling the offenders). The ones who actually tell the lies are more often the Racquel Santiagos of the world, who know that the rape claim card is perhaps the single most powerful weapon a human being possesses (and it's generally available only to women). And they wield it with impunity.

I grew up in the working class, with these type of violent women. The sanitary environment of the "legal class" who de-facto make the rules we live by, see very little of the violent women that they are "enabling."

Hey, how come i keep hearing the university propaganda that women NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, lie about rape...when the reality is they do it very often.
It seems this misinformation would build a pre-judge...prejudice against innocent men who are falsely a cussed.
Is this misinformation even constitutional??

Of course it's propaganda. Feminism OWNS the police and the legal system. You've got 30 years of PhD 'pseudo-intellectuals' in Womyn's Studies departments dishing out this leftist, misandrist tripe without any criticism or debate from the mainstream press.

It's the same old story over and over again. Female compulsive liar commits a horrible crime, she gets a $500 bond and permission to do it all over again. But every time this happens morons jump up and enable the liar because they hate men.

Once again, if a woman can lie about being raped ,she can lie about being the victim of other crimes.

Could prosecutors claim rape by proxy?

Feminism also appears to own the judiciary system as well as the MSM

Sorry but I disagree completely. This woman isn't the enemy at all.

Yes she's a terrible person, but there ahve always been bad people throughout history and always will be. She's just incredibly devious in exploiting a system which has resulted from feminist hysteria.

It's the feminists and chivalrous males who created the system which is the problem. The enemy is man hating feminists and those such as politicians and the police who refuse to properly prosecute such awful people, thus encouraging yet more false rape calims in future.

Sorry, the feminists et al give women like this the gun, but women like this pull the trigger.

As long as we have a legal system that enables liars plenty of bad women who step up to abuse it. That's a fact, not an opinion, and to say otherwise would be like claiming that more people won't buy tomatoes if you lower the price of tomatoes.

I suppose so, but the fact they feel they have the right to use the weapon is the issue.

My point was that you always get bad people in society, that's never going to change.

In terrorism is the enemy really some brainwashed suicide bomber, or the person who recruited and trained that bomber, made the vest and helped them put it on?

Of course I suppose ultimately people have to be responsible for their own actions, but to label all false accusers as the enemy isn't quite right. They're not all evil people - some are genuinely insane for a start.

They're both evil and insane, and yes, they are the enemy.

Feminism is a religion of victimhood, and you can’t be a victim unless you have a victimizer. Feminism works very hard to portray men as violent and to be feared. If that isn’t hate, I don’t know what is.

McAdams said elsewhere in his conclusion:

“One might ask what the point of an event like this is. There is plenty of room to argue pro and con on gun control or government health insurance, but who argues for rape?

The answer the feminists give is: you have to embrace our entire political agenda or you are a rapist -- or at least an accessory to rape. If you oppose Title 9, or women in combat roles in the military, or affirmative action to guarantee that women are half of all business managers, it’s your fault.”

Sort of an aside, but if she knew how to remove handcuffs then either she has awful skinny wrists, or she has previous experience. i.e., she's another trouble-making nut, a potential threat to all males by being a false accusation ready to strike anywhere at any time.
