Not much detail here. At least the man she accused wasn't named, and she is charged with a felony.
Woman Arrested For Filing False Report.
Melinda D. McBride, 33, of Rogers, has been arrested and cited for filing a false police report, Class D Felony. Investigators determined that McBride made a false report regarding an allegation of rape. The report made on June 22, 2009 stated that McBride told officers that earlier in the morning she had received a ride home from a local bar, from an unknown male. McBride made allegations she was raped by this male at his residence in Rogers.

the link is too slow or doesn't work, so going on just what's presented here I simply must presume the guy is the son of a politician or other prominent person. Especially with the not-naming.
or maybe he himself is someone prominent. Or is a cop. If either of those is the scenario, especially if the former, his name will probably eventually be leaked anyway.
A class d felony? it must be someone prominent, powerful, and/or wealthy that she falsely accused of rape.
This should be removed scence she was droped of all charges after the prosecuter saw she was droged by this man and couldn't do anything to stop him. But he is free to do it again.
Why is this stell on here. She did not falsely accuse this guy. They proved she was telling the truth. It showed on his cell that she was druged and couldn"t do anything to stop him. She stell dosen't remember anything he did to her. She has been through enough. So please get this off the enernet. I am her mother.
