This woman does sound like she has some mental problems. Since no one was arrested based on her claims, she should probably get some psychiatric assistance versus jail time. Once again, we see that modern technology provides the proof against a false rape claim.
Lori Anne Koehler arrested on charges of false reporting.
A woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted while employed at two different Denver metro businesses and may have authored almost 100 derogatory letters about herself and sent them to those employers has been arrested on charges of false reporting.
Lori Anne Koehler, 37, was taken into custody Tuesday morning after an investigation by authorities in Broomfield and Aurora and by Hobby Lobby and Family Dollar stores.
Koehler claimed that on Feb. 20 a man entered the Hobby Lobby store at 5105 W. 120th Ave., bound her to store shelving and sexually assaulted her.
But in a four-page arrest warrant, investigators said they believe Koehler staged the robbery and assault.
Further, they suspect that over a three-year period, Koehler wrote 60 to 70 anonymous letters to employees of Family Dollar — where she was employed between March 2006 and July 2007 — and 30 anonymous letters to Hobby Lobby employees after she became store manager of Hobby Lobby's Broomfield store.
Attempts to reach Koehler on Tuesday were unsuccessful.
Before she was terminated by Family Dollar in July, she claimed that she had been raped by another Family Dollar employee. She said the alleged rapist warned her he had "connections" and "could get rid of people" and would have her and her kids killed if she told anyone.
During an investigation of the allegations by Family Dollar and the Aurora Police Department, Koehler received a package that she told Family Dollar was offensive.
In the package were condoms, rope and lubricants, according to the arrest warrant affidavit by Broomfield Detective Kurt Wederquist. But Wederquist said a post office videotape showed Koehler mailing the package to herself.
Koehler told police that she mailed the package to herself because "nothing was being done" about the letters that had been sent to Family Dollar employees.
The letters accused Koehler of "loose morals" and accused her of having sexual relationships with Family Dollar employees.
Before Broomfield officers found Koehler on the floor of the Hobby Lobby store tied by her left hand to a stock shelf, Hobby Lobby had been investigating more than of 30 letters sent since January to Hobby Lobby corporate headquarters and Hobby Lobby stores across Colorado. Weder quist said the theme of the letters focused "on the author's anger and concern" with Koehler being manager at the Broomfield store.

I have noticed how women who commit crimes are rarely blamed for the crimes they commit. It seems as if their criminal behavior is always blamed on one or more men or, some type of psychosis,neurosis, emotional trauma or, anything else the gender feminists,media,feminist lawyers and/or a society that has been programmed by feminism, can come up with to avert the blame from the person to whom it truely belongs; the female criminal.
Where do these women come up with these stories???
I read somewhere that it takes a certain amount of inherent brain capacity to transcend the cultural hysteria that surrounds an individual. Weaker, simpleton males are completely subject to the hysteria around them, while more objective academic minds can transcend the cultural hysteria around them in order to see clearly and objectivelly.
How did American academia become polluted with second and third rate "hysteric" minds.???

More study and attention needs to be focused on 'factitious disorder' 'borderline personality disorder' and 'munchausens'.

As the once 'greatest nation' and certainly wealthiest nation on earth, instead of spending our fortune on worthy endeavors, such as beautiful buildings, art, education or mental health research, we instead SQUANDERED it on building PRISON after PRISON, and incarcerating our populace at a rate never before seen.
Instead of rehabilitation, prisons are training grounds for sociopaths, warehouses and torture chambers for the mentally ill.
Scott: from everywhere. These stories are on Oprah, they're on soap operas, they're in the news, they're on TV and in the movies. Our society revels in tales of women being abused by men.
Stories about powerful men dominating weak but virtuous women have been popular for centuries. This is all about entertainment and the self-righteous indignation that seasons it.

For some reason, it is still held that women, when comitting a violent or repugnant act, must have a mental problem, because people(generally) still haven't been able to wrap their minds around the fact that women are just as capable of evil as men.
Whereas men have always been seen as capable of great evil. Instead of getting to the root of why men will act out in violent and vicious ways, lets just lock them up and forget about them. Almost all mental health treatment is geared toward women.
Men/boys commit suicide at a rate of roughly 2:1, yet when you see a news story about a man killing his children and then himself, it has the usual line about how he couldn't have complete control and that it was vindictive towards the mother. But reverse the genders, and there is always the question, why would she do this? What mental problems did she have that made her do this? It is never suggested that she may have just been and evil and controlling B*tch.
Wouldn't it make sense that someone who is willing to rape, has just as much of a mental problem as someone who would falsely accuse someone of the same? Yet all we look to do is punish the rapist, and excuse the false accuser. That, more than anything, is why I personally have such a problem with the false rape apologists, who claim that false accusations are a myth.
And yes, those services were cut, and who did it predominately affect? Men.
So, we create a White House Council for Women and Girls. And keep ignoring the mental health issues of men, and the associated problems that it causes for society.
