Another class of persons at risk of being falsely accused of rape: males murdered by females

Need an excuse for killing a man or a boy? Just claim he tried to rape or otherwise abuse you. On this website we've seen women and girls trot out the rape canard as an excuse for almost anything. While the stigma of a false rape claim is a terrible thing for living males, when a man's murderer also falsely accuses him of rape, he doesn't even have an opportunity to defend against the charge. The murderer takes not only his life but his good name. His children, his family, his friends will forever think him a rapist who "got" what he deserved. Whatever good he did in life -- even if he were saintly -- would be all but wiped away by a lie that he can't refute.

In the case described below, the police saw through the lie. The man's murderer won't be able to forever tarnish his name with a rape lie.

Update: Male suspects in Forest Park murder turn out to be female

By Melina Ann Collison

St. Louis – Willard Bryant Payne’s body was found earlier this month in Forest Park. He was wearing nothing but tennis shoes and a pair of white shorts. Two suspects were later taken into custody.

The first reports are that these suspects were male. Upon police identification of the two it is now realized the suspected killers are female.

Mellonie Jones, 20, and Dawn Fulks, 25, were arrested June 16 in connection to the death of Payne. Payne’s death was found to be caused by a blunt force trauma to his head as reported by police.

In the beginning the women told police that Payne tried to forcibly rape one of the females. After further investigation the evidence did not corroborate the women’s claims.

Fulks, who lives in North St. Louis, was already on probation for felony abuse of a child. She was sentenced March 2009 for a abusing a child in June 2008. Fulks is serving 5 years probation for her crime. Jones has no known criminal record in St. Louis.

Police are stating that Payne, Fulks, and Jones were smoking marijuana together in Forest Park when Payne attempted to flirt with one of the women. The female rejected his advances and the other female started hitting him. Both females then chased Payne and proceeded to beat him to death before fleeing the scene.

Both Fulks and Jones are being held in jail without bond. They face charges of filing a false police report, armed criminal action, and first degree murder from the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office.

I SAY..My theory is that women who are domestically violent "hit, smack, abuse" their boyfriends...while the boyfriend gets arrested for it...These women get no help for their violence, and are in effect enabled by current law enforcement practices.

This perversion of current law enforcement practices..that "enables violent women"..enables these womens violence to the most fragile of society.."ITS CHILDREN".

Get the gender feminist perversion out of our legal system.

The "thinking," such as it is, seems to be that, all things being equal, men CAN hurt women more than women can hurt men -- because men generally are bigger and stronger -- so therefore men are suspect.

And there is always at least one idiot on the jury who doesn't care that the victim isn't there to defend himself; who will believe the murderer's lies no matter what the facts say.

This version of the story "glossed-over" an important aspect here (I had read a more detailed account of this incident), in that these women beat this guy fairly severely (for his alleged flirtatious efforts).

He managed to stagger away fro the initial beating; but, after apparently deliberating fro a few moments, these two women decided to track him down and finish him off.

This alone would entirely negate any self-defense legal defense.

Once caught, these two women knew they had no valid excuse for brutally murdering this man (and, already being severely beaten, a helpless man) - so they tried to do what every indication from politicians, the legal system, feminism, and mass-media culture told them they should do - blame the man.

And, what better way to blame a man that accuse him of rape. Women know full well the deeply emotional visceral response that a claim of rape evokes. That is precisely why throwing around false rape allegations is not only so very dangerous, but also so truly evil.

slwerner, I agree.

Women and girls blame men for rape because they can. Men can rarely plausibly blame women for anything remotely similar. Boys can blame women, but they run the risk of having a rape claim made against them.

We, as a society, enable women by believing the panoply of feminist mantras drummed into us for the past 35 years -- especially, women don't lie about rape, and by buying into the anti-male hysteria that suggests every male above the age of about 12 or 13 is a predator-in-waiting. These myths give every rape claim presumed plausibility. It should be the other way around -- every rape claim should be view objectively but with some skepticism. We need to reach the point where claims of rape are treated seriously, and the good name of the man or boy accused is treated just as seriously.

"Although it may not be 'politically correct' to question the veracity of a women's complaint of rape, failing to consider the accuser may be intentionally lying effectively eradicates the presumption of innocence." Dr. Bruce Gross, False Rape Allegations: An Assault on Justice, Annals of the American Psychotherapy Associaton, Dec. 22, 2008.

I'm betting it was a boy child.

Most so-called "domestic violence" is really domestic violence-by-cop. Women start arguments/fights because they know they can win simply by calling the police and they (the police) will perform a violence on the man.

I was a cop for 4 years in the late 80's/early 90's - it was bad then, and it has only gotten worse.

All domestic violence laws must be repealed. They discriminate against men and enable this most prevalent form of domestic abuse.

Further, DV laws violate the "Castle Docrines" of most states.

They also violate the fourteenth amendment's requirement for equal protection of the laws.

And people don't understand why I laugh at them when they state that the Civil War/War of Northern Agression was about slavery. While it may have been a component, it was really about the Federal Government taking ultimate control, and making the states subservient (instead of the other way around, as was intended).

I guess people don't really know, or care, about learning a little about history. Everyone should read Lincoln's letter to Horace Greeley.

Let's be honest, the federal government is excellent at passing laws, and then completely ignoring them. Sadly, it may take another revolution to fix the problem. And that won't be pretty.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrggg! No, we don't need another revolution. We just need to get men to care enough about their own issues. This kind of talk puts us out there with the rest of the crazies -- not where I want to be, thank you.
